Week Two: The Meetening! So, a few people around here are gearing up to work on some new projects, including yours truly. I spent all this week in meetings for 2 teams - one that is making some changes that should make life a little better for newbies, and another that should make your daily Gaia visits a lot more rewarding =D The room where we held these meetings also happened to be the one where the food was served earlier in the day. If I lucked out, there would still be some dessert left over to keep me alive during the 4 hours I was usually trapped there. Sometimes there were only eggplant sandwiches. Oh how I wept! Work, Work, Work So I'm working on 2 double-secret projects: one which will be released within the next 2 weeks (if the gods, or Lanzer, wills it), and one which won't be released for a couple months. I can't tell you what they are, but the first one will be super awesome, and the second one will be blow your mind awesome. Well, pretty awesome anyway -- it will be the start of something very big, but we can only turn so much of the Gaia world upside-down in 2 months. Let's say we'll tilt it somewhat rofl The plane! The plane! Are any of you old enough to remember Fantasy Island? Nevermind. That plane that we kept trying to shoot down has a bad habit of crashing in my cube. It' ... sorry, had to stop there for a second because it just crashed right in between my feet underneath my desk. It's like the airspace above my cube is the Bermuda Triangle. Or Bermuda Quadrangle. Long story short: that plan's going down. Which is the problem, of course. Mad with the sickness I've been feeling a lot better this week. Either I'm secretly dying inside and my body decided to cut me some slack, or I was having "new job jitters". I haven't been sleeping enough (even though Gaia lets me set my own hours) so maybe I should consider doing some more of THAT. Not right now though. One of the founders might throw a lightning bolt at me. Now, as great as Gaia is, I'm damn glad it's Friday. I'm sleepy and I think I want to eat some Chinese food. See you next week!

	Well, I'm very interested in you, I must admit. For a new member to not only Gaia, but the staff, you've added a bit more of a personable feel than anyone else. It might be due to your age, but again, it's refreshing to say the least. The projects are intruiging, and now I'm not going to be able to sleep until they come out. Not that I was sleeping all that well to start with, but that's not really the point, is it? In any case, I happily, yet enviously, wish you luck with the Gaia job. Now, if I was an idiotic jerk, which I'm totally not, I'd completely whore my petition thread in this journal, but since I'm not said jerk, I won't even mention that it's in my signature, and it contains art as well. :3 okay...so you can kill me for that if you want.... had to do it, y'know? x3

	A couple of months?! gonk Well, I'll be safe knowing you're working on it. Safe from myself. I'm going to hurt myself in the next few weeks waiting for this update, such as falling off my bed when I get up and realize it's two weeks from now and probably landing in a hospital.

	xd that plane is out to get you I hope you don't mind getting a hair cut because if you don't shoot it down you may get one very soon. gonk I must know what these juicy things are! Aw man now I'm totally exited (though I know one must be the battle system ninja ) You're probably just exited about the job you'll be ok wink , and I was wondering why you were on so late O_o. I was like "Dang man Lanzer really doesn't let you have a break". I'd post the words to "Just got Paid" but i'm afraid I would be shot sweatdrop , and I love Chinese food but only when my sister's (not really my sister but we're like sisters) mom makes it, mmmmm squid spring rolls heart
