I found out more information about that cat. About a week ago, I was getting ready to go out to get something to eat with my mom, and I saw that the oldest neighbor boy was outside. I went over and asked him if they had a black and white cat. He said that they did. I was so relieved! It's great that I know she has a home, though I wish she would spend more time there. At least now I don't have to worry about finding her a home. For more selfish reasons, this also means that she doesn't have to leave. I can pet her whenever I want, because she doesn't have to be given away. It makes me angry though that she has fleas when she belongs to someone. Put some Frontline on her!! I just hope the cat has enough sense to go home on its own come winter. I also hope the neighbors pay attention and let her in. They're such dumbasses. If not, I'll have to take her over and tell them to put her inside myself.

The dad from next door and the three youngest kids were out playing the other day, and the cat went back over to its house. I thought "Yay! Maybe they'll pet it and let it inside for the night!" No such luck. It went right over to them, and they ignored it and kept on playing. After a little bit, the cat comes back over here on my back deck. Then the kids, seeing that the cat is leaving their yard, follow it over here. The young boy is poking its belly, so the cat swats at him, and they all run back home. The cat was right by them in their yard and they still couldn't pet her. Why have a cat if you’re just going to ignore it all the time?! It makes me so angry and sad. No wonder why the cat came back over here. It has a better chance of getting pet, or at least it can get some peace and quiet. People are retarded.
