I walk across the grass, my bare feet getting wet with the morning dew. The sun shines through the trees making everything sparkle. My long dress flows behind me not making a sound.
It is hard to believe that I am connected to it all. Since my birth I have loved nature and all it's treasures. I got it from my mother, the Mother of Nature. She teaches the way the world is to work so that I may one day become the Mother. Once I am the Mother I will help nature flourish.
A rustle in the underbrush.
"Good morning Mefilda." I say to to the underbrush. A small brown rabbit pops out.
"Good morning daughter" the rabbit says.
"Did you get a good night sleep?" I say kneeling down next to her.
" Yes I did."
"Good." I say as I pat Meflida on the head. I stand up and walk while she hops beside me. I always have a companion when I walk. Today it will be Mefilda who often comes with me. Some days I even have more than one.
"Where are we going today?" Mefilda asks.
"How about we go to the springs. I have not visited Water for a while." I say as we walk.
"Alright. Can we race there?"
"Alright." I say and we race to the springs.
