Time for a Random Update ^^
So, in the realm of Gaia, I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy to finally be able to play with my aquarium! I've been messing with it the last hour or so, and it's totally addictive!
IRL:
It feels sorta unreal that it's finally October. This has to be one of my very favorite months. I just love fall! I love the colors, the temperature, the weather, everything!
Most of my favorite cloths are for cooler weather, and I just hate the heat XP
So yeah, needless to say, I'm really happy that summer is over and done with.
I'm enjoying my classes so far. Surprisingly ECON (Economics) is my favorite one so far! I really like my professor, she's so cool. And the subject matter is surprisingly relevant and interesting. Then again, I think part of the reason I'm relating to the information is due to the way in which she presents it.
Math I'm like just like always. I've been with the same professor, the same class mates, and the same schedule for the past year, so I'm quit used to it. I like the teacher and class mates too, so it's nice to have something consistently enjoyable.
Next quarter I'll be moving on to Math 115 though, and then I'll have to start all over again -_-; still I'll probably relate to that math a little better and like the class as a result.
I'm sorta depressed and sorta happy over the fact that I've cut the rest of my clubs loose this quarter. On the one hand it's sad to see things change and to loose all the fun and friends that went along with them, but at the same time I'm feeling a little lighter and therefore happier at moving on and letting the past go.
I'm doing my best to keep a little of their activities and such in my life right now, but, especially after I start working (latter this month), I just don't have the time for them I once did. That, and I feel myself almost out growing them. It's hard to describe really, but ... it's sorta like that chapter of my life has closed, and I'm moving on to new interests. It's strange, but it also feels good to move forward.
In other news razz
I really enjoyed Rosh Hashana this week. And I'm looking forward to Yom Kippur on the 8th and 9th. Also on the 9th, I have a Panel I'm speaking on. It sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun, and I'm happy to still be active on campus in some ways.
