Naraku leaned forward with the upmost smile and placed a ring on his finger. He touched it with the jewel around Zoe's neck and then he bent down and kissed her lips. The two jewels glowed together, as in harmony towards the other. He let go and stood back. The machine took hold of the two jewels together and harnessed their energy.
Naraku nodded to the syndacate and they pressed a red button on the control table. The machine then started to bring a sharp electric spear close to Zoe's heart.
Hyde jumped at the sight and cried out, "No!!! Zoe!!!" Naraku had a sly smile on his face and allowed the spear to peirce Zoe's heart. Everything got quiet when it pulled out of her chest a big blue strand of light. He replaced the blue light with a blood red one. Hyde knew this was bad...
The machine sealed it and Naraku came over and spoke softly to her, "my dearest, come on now. You are mine forever, and no one can ever hurt you. My love, awaken your spirit and come forth to your master." And just like that, her eyes shot open. They were white, and she leaned up and faced Naraku. She was under his control now.
He took her in his arms as she chanted, "my dear master, how may I be of service to you?" He smiled and looked straight at Hyde who was red and angered. "My dear, I want you to dispose of the next creature who speaks your name."
Hyde couldn't hear their words but tried his hardest to get her attention. "Zoe!! It's a trap!! Don't beleive him!!! Zoe!!!" He got her attention, but little did he know that it might have been the biggest mistake of his life to ever call out her name after Naraku's chant.
