omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

heres wat happened,

4:00pm-8:00pm

I was really tired and decided to sleep for a bit, i woke up to hear my brother shouting about something. I felt the quake the instant i was going to close my eyes again. i felt like bouncing up and down. As i hurried downstairs, i saw the shelf shaking so violently that it could've fallen any moment. My mom, bro, and I were very panicked. Hearts beat fast and words were shaky.

8:00pm-Later

We were all downstairs in fear of late aftershocks. News on the TV was immediate;y presented and information of a 5.6-5.5 quake had struck 5 miles NE of Alum Rock and with a home in San Jose, that is a real powerful jolt. Cell phones were out of the question yet, mine was working. I texted my friend and asked him about his situation. He said that it all started when he was playing and saw his TV violently shake. The only damage he reported is the breaking of a picture frame. My damage had more to it though. With highly stacked papers and a statue, it was pretty obvious what happened. About 2 hours later, we returned to see many things fall down. My bro decided to sleep with me and so here i am typing up a memory unforgettable to everyone for it IS the only earthquake MODERATE enough to cause shaky, unnerving, and damage to the people who were affected by this shake that has not happened since the big quake in San Francisco.

Okay...I may be crazy saying that i have sort of predicted this crisis...It all began on Monday, I felt a disturbance somewhere in my mind that something bad was going to happen AND IT WAS TRUE! That same day i had been swamped with homework (although that doesn't really matter) Toward the end of Monday, I had an even greater sense of danger. The next morning didnt seem so bad, yet i still held on to my idea. The day progressed as natural as it was 3 weeks ago. and as i walked home, i noticed that the streets were empty, an unnatural silence that creates a soon to be crisis.

As i know i am superstitious and a big one at that, I began to think why this earthquake happened. Not just because of the Hayward and Calaveras faults, i thought of recent and upcoming events. because of this i thought about Halloween, Scary thoughts raced through my mind and just thinking that this HAD TO HAPPEN JUST BEFORE THE DAY OF HALLOWEEN. I think this is going to be an indication to another bad event. As if this was a message from the dead...
