Very bad sleep Last night i just couldn't stay asleep and I dont know why acctually I do it was cause I kept on thinking about something that was kind of interesting (to me atleast). Anyway I went to bed at about 11:30 thinking until I fell asleep woke up at 1:00 thaught myself to sleep 2:00 woke up thought fell asleep my cat jumped on me and woke me up at 3:00 tried not to think but did anyway fell asleep woke up at 4 thought fell asleep 5 thought fell asleep 6 thought a little fell asleep 6:30 thought but stayed up till 7:00 then took a shower and got ready for school. So that was the most annoying night I have ever had. I know alot huh eek . Thoughts please

	Hugs Oh you poor poor thing. I have also experanced a night like that. Try to get it off of your mind by reading or watching T.V.

	Awww.. I'm sometimes like that too. I would give you a hug but I'm nont sure if you'd like it >> << Maybe it would help if you imagined scenes in your head like a movie scene and your the directress! Anything goes!! If not then I sugguest soft music played quietly ^^

	I would but doing eather of those would probably make it worse cause hey your imagination can get the best of you sometimes and it had pretty much the most of me that night.

	Hmmm... This is a tough one.... I know! Empty your brain and not think of anything. Keep your room pitch dark so that you cannot see light. Eyes close and in a comfy spot. Dreams should embrace you soon ^^
