A Destined Life
As time goes by
I can feel all
I feel the ground shifting
I feel my lungs breath in and out
Yet I don’t feel the air
All the reasons to continue walking on
Have been proven wrong
I scream and cry out in lonely madness
But not a sound is made
I am a stranger in this place
A place were gentleness and innocence are nothing
Time seems to have made an error
Like I should have been born long ago
In the time of young ladies
The world has changed its guidelines
And I still act like the proper
Shall I walk in this place alone?
My destined life with a man
Shall that just be a dream?
A man that holds my hand and loves me
Shall that be all a lie?
A man that treats me as a woman and not a child
But it’s only a dream
And if there is no man
To see me as I am
In this lonely world
Were I am a outcast
Then I will wrought away
And I will join the shifting ground
