Tempted to Drop Out of School (And I HATE group projects) Yeah. It's just too...boring. Only like the second or third week in and I'm already wanting to give up. On the second day, the administration called us all failures (though we ARE the best school in the district) and now my Spanish teacher told me to drop out of her class. Yeah, thanks for the boost of confidence when needed, guys. Just what I need, teachers and parents on my back. I've been bombard with projects and while that's usually no problem for me, my medical condition has been getting worse. I've been switching moods drastically (one moment I'll be happy and giddy and spaztic, the next I'll be...emo) and my temperature has been up and down all around... Not to mention my chest pains continue to come up periodically. Maybe I'm just PMSing. >__>;; But seriously, I hate group projects. Right now I've got two projects from one class, due two days from one another (yeah, I know, WTH). Out of my other three partners, only one I can say I truly respect. She's done all of her work and offered to help me with everything. The other two...I don't even want to start. But PLEASE...if anyone can off me words of encouragement...or something...anything...It's desperatly needed.

	xd For some reason, I find that amusing. But don't worry, I'm trying really hard not to. Though today just made it worse, I just got a D- on something and my teacher took off 10 points for using "you" ONCE in an essay (even though she asked for our personal opinions on the topic). But don't worry, what kind of example would I be for the kids I'm teaching if I drop out. surprised <-- Planning to be a teacher or something.

	I may not know you personally, but I can suggest this.. prove them wrong! Shove it in their faces! It may shock them, and gain some respect for you. Don't worry about what they think, anyone who brings you down is not worth it, worry about whats good for you. Its not a great idea to drop out of school. I had the same situation in German. My teacher told me I should have failed german and I didn't deserve to go onto the next german class, but hey, I passed all 3 years. And you know what, as long as you do your work on your projects, you should be cool, if your teacher makes you all suffer for 2 or 3 peoples laziness or whatever, just confront her/him about it. And I'll do the same if you drop out!

	We actually got that project back. I got a 97% individual grade (quiz) and the group was 72%. gonk But the one girl got a 66% for a quiz, because she didn't do ANYTHING (that's what everyone in our group said). She probably would have gotten lower had it not been for me writing part of hers. whee But I'm trying to prove them wrong...still, it's take a lot of work. The teachers surely aren't making it any easier. But whatever. And thanks. whee
