Entry~
What a fun day~ ...Well, interesting at least.
Ran into Pipi, Ed, and Rika at the center. Apparently Rika knows that creepy Woman in Black. (She's an assassin.)
Anyways while everyone was bantering, I was lost in my thoughts and wandered to that day we were searching for Harper blueprints. For some reason my thoughts caught on that blueprint Gio had nicked...
The words 'Underground Tunnels' stick out particularly.
So then Rika mentioned me getting 'that look' in my eyes...and I dragged everyone to the Charms classroom. Pipi was all about it, excited about adventuring; Ed was sorta there, just wanting to blow stuff up; Rika was all 'Why did I agree to this', but she's usually like that when I drag her to go on stuff with me.
So me and Pipi sifted through the scrolls for a bit, before I found our lovely clue. It was a white piece of parchment, with some drawings on it and some writing underneath it.
So the first little drawing was of a troll standing in front of a bridge...
Anyways, I had a feeling the place was in an empty classroom. We went in, except the door was unlocked...which yeah, was a bit strange.
We all looked around (Rika picked up a red scarf she found.) and eventually we got through the entrance. (Actual way we got in reserved because I have a feeling people might read this.)
Anyways the troll was apparently asking Pipi for dinner? I dunno, I think it actually wanted to eat her. Ed chucked some fireworks at it though, and Navi shot up it's nose.
So after running across, we suddenly realized that Pipi's goggles had fallen down the chasm! So we had to go after them.
Pipi's slime splattered all over the images though, so they got sorta blurry...So we didn't know it, but we ran into a Sphinx. (I had put Pipi on a dog leash, because there was fake gold.)
So after getting our hands bit and stuff, Pipi (somehow) solved the riddle, we all ran off. Then we were walking underneath the lake...
Pipi did something to start the ice cracking. There was this magic snowman, and I nicked his hat. Anyways, the scarf Rika was carrying (It's his.) got caught underneath a block and I had to bump the ice piece off.
...I could facepalm.
Anyways we all ran through, into this temple like area. A statue was there, and when I put the hat on it, it began to speak. Apparently it was the burial grounds of Sir Grunny's mother...she told us to tell him that she forgave him.
So after Pipi nicked the candle she ate (I only learned this the next day, by the way.) Then we met a hobo (?) that had Pipi’s goggles. So after Nia beat the s**t out of him, Pipi got her goggles back and did a victory-bite from the sausages the hobo had left. Then she fainted, so we went on to meet a dragon. Apparently the text on the paper was written in Dragona, a pretty much lost language. I’ve always been fascinated by it, always wanted to learn it….
So I figured if we ran to the dragon, somehow we could eventually figure out how to win the test or whatever. But then it started screaming… Worst ******** sound ever. I’m not sure Rika heard the extent of it, but… It was horrible. Anyways I somehow stumbled into a smoke cloud, and ‘BAM!’ gold-scaled dragon head. It then somehow rumbled to me that it could teach me Dragona, as long as I left Rika…
I wanted to do it. I so wanted to do it.
So then I told it no.
Psh, like I would give up a friend just to learn an old language. Rika is really close to me.
(Of course, no one can never be as close as he was, but I don’t want anyone getting that close anyways.)
Anyways somehow we pass the test, and we got some neat things. Three gold coins, with something magical about them and two hands clasped on the front. A random gold coin, this one with no magical feeling. An old tome, also magical. And a….a Jadebriar.
So Pipi gets the random gold coin, I get the dusty old tome, and I forced Rika to have the Jadebriar. We split the tokens between us.
Then the dragon decided to give us a ride out~
I run into Jinx afterwards. She was sleeping in a tree. (I’m rubbing off on her.)
She’s been thinking, about what Wibby said…she proposed the idea that maybe there had been a way to save Ray, that we pushed it out of our memories.
She doesn’t want to face her past, but I do, desperately. I want to know what I could’ve done, what I forgot…I don’t understand why Jinx doesn’t.
Maybe it has to do with the ‘thoughts of a dying girl’ or something? I dunno. Going to open the book tomorrow, I’m beat.
