Easter 2011
Every Event on Gaia has something different to offer, and this has been no different.
I expected to be spending less time in the Forums this Event because of the zOMG portion.
I do tend to obsess over those Easter Eggs. rofl
However, with the zOMG portion delayed, I've spent a huge amount of time in the Forums.
I got my Bunny's and Eggs, made my first ever guide which was pretty successful, wrote some more embarrassing poems that most people never saw (which is probably a good thing wink ) received some amazing artwork, talked with some really fun and interesting people, and overall, had a blast. blaugh
So I guess that, in some ways at least, it wasn't that different at all! smile

For Easter Bunny's benefit
We'll try to make a go of it, Egg collecting
We'll gather our assembled hoarde
To serve our Metal Overlord, and crown him King
Through relentless Bumping, forum jumping,
Posting, quoting, searching tirelessly.
Failure reject! All Eggs collect!
Diedrich must pay!!!
The Easter Bunnie's nemesis,
That spawn of science gone amiss,
Tells vicious lies!
He tried to take our Leader's place
And wagged his tail in Bunny's face!
That wasn't wise!
For the Easter Bunny's righteous fury
Is truly something awe inspiring to see
It won't be funny,
That loathesome Grunny,
Will laugh no more!
The search goes on from dusk til dawn
As doggedly we soldier on collecting eggs
Though aching fingers, blurry eyes
Beg us cease this execise
Don't renege!
We've all pledged allegiance,
Our King's grievance
Must be settled by Sunday.
