Chapter 1
Maddie and I are best friends. We do everything together. Going to parties, having parties, almost everything I do I do with her. Even going on adventures. Exploring the woods, defeating evil monsters, communicating with the dead, and putting spirits to rest. Oh, did I tell you that we are psycic? Well- Me, Maddie, Gina, and Melissa. And This was the greatest adventure we went on ever.
The day started out pretty normal. Our little phychich group was walking to school. Our school isn't all that "normal". Our desks are basically just pillows put on the floor so we can meditate. Back then, we were studying how to float in mid-air. On the outside it was pretty normal except for the fact that the title was "school for phycich kids" that was pretty...... well back to the point. As we were coming into the classroom instead of hearing people (usually girls) talking to each other we heard humming and mumbling. We realized we were supposed to set the clocks ahead we were an hour late.
The punishment for being late over 10 mins. is a talk with the principle. I hated having a talk with the principal he was a total party pooper so to speak. He always gave us a lechsure. It all went downhill from there.

Chapter 2 (Riveting... Ain't it? -Maddie comment)
After we got settled in our seats, our teacher just pointed to the door which always meant "to the principal's office." We were so bummed. We grabbed our books for the next class we had and also grabbed our "just in case we get sent to the principal's office handheld videogame." You might be asking yourself wouldn't they get caught playing video games? Well not really see our principal is Blind every time we get in trouble we just get our headphones and just play videogames the whole time he gives us "the speech" which we've never heard but have heard rumors about it. But this time for some strange reason the hallways seemed so strange so cold. It seemed that everyone noticed it too. We walked together awkwardly down those cold hallways. No one said anything. Since we were in 7th grade we were far from the principal's office. That was what we thought the longest most uncomfortable walk jwe or anyone has ever taken in the history of the world. Usually when we got sent to the office (because we usually got in trouble together) we hooked our arms and walked in unison. But today we walked with our books pressed against our chests and we walked awkwardly with our eyes shifting around trying to figure out what was going on.

Chapter 3
When we got to the principal's office we got comfortable on the old worn-in chairs. for most people they were uncomfortable but for me they were very comfortable. But today was different. I couldn't slouch like I normally did. Come to think of it the only person who slouched was Maddie. It seemed like her back was permanatly slouched. We waited for something to come out of his mouth. Usually the minute we hit the door we started playing out video games. But for some strange reason we waited. nothing came out of his mouth. We waited for what seemed like forever. Still nothing. Untill he said, "What are you doing?" He said that so kindly. I didn't realize how kind his voice was. I got lost in his words. Apparently everyone else did too except for Maddie because she was the only one to replie. "What do you mean? didn't our teacher tell you over the intercom we were coming?" "No not that" he said angrily. "Usually you four play video games when you come down here!" "How did you know that!?" Melissa said "Yeah I thought you were blinded when you were a kid!" Gina added. "Oh I am" he said calmly. "But I know a lot more than you think" Then he left us. We looked around at each other "Do you think he knew all along?" Melissa asked "No I just think one of the teachers told him" Maddie replied boredly. "Is it just me or dose Mr.Wobinflobin sound different?" I asked everybody. "It's just you." Maddie replied. Gina agreed "yeah."

Chapter 4
After he left us the room got more comfortable. We pluged the earphones in our ears. We started to play our videogames. The half hour flew by fast. Our school was very independent and very trusty so we went on our own way when it turned 11:30. Yeah we don't have to be at school untill 10:00. It's kindof cool.
Oh I'm sorry I didn't introduce my self. I'm Sparkle McFairy. My mother is a mermaid godess and my father is a Fairy God. How they met was my mermaid mother, Aquamarine was turned into a Fairy (Fairy's were spit upon in mermaid thinking) because she was banished. The reason why she was banished is because she found one of the 5 enchanted jems and she wore it around her neck thus causing half the city to blow up. So she was banished and met my dad Jack. (such a plain name isn't it?) When they was each other for the first time they immediately fell in love and got married the following week and never looked back
My codename is Rachel Johnson so people won't get suspicious. People don't take likely to fairyes. I dont know why maybe because when they get their hands on one faries usually bite. Lucky for me I got most of my size from my mom but I oviously got my legs from my dad. So I look just like a regular kid. I'm 5 foot 9" and a usual weight for a 13 year old. I have short hair (dad's side) and long arms and legs (mom's side). Yup I'm just on the outside a regular girl. I can't say the same about my friends.

Chapter 5
My friends Maddie (or Sunshine) Melissa (or shimmer) and Gina (or Glitter) all have a little fault that is noticible. Some people call it a mutation. But I call it down-right adorable.
Sunshine or her codename Maddie was born with bear ears because her father was a God of the forest. Shimmer or her codename Melissa was born with purple eyes And hair because her mother is a godess of colors. And finally Glitter or her codename Gina was born with a fox tail. No one knows why Glitter doesnlt like to talk about her family tree much.
At 11:30 we were on our way to Math class (even phycics have to learn math) Usually when we walked in late nobody cared because we were considered "the cool kids" But like I said before today was different. They scolded us today. We weren't even late for Math class because it begins at 11:45 which gave us pleanty of time to get to class. But it was 11:44 so I guess we weren't early enough. They just stared at us. Our Math Teacher Mr. Bee wasn't even in the room. They still stared.
Finally at 11:45 sharp Mr. Bee came Buzzing in the room. I say that because he has wings like a Bee. which would explain his name. Today we were learning square roots. I guess everyone was crabby that day because I answered a question wrong and everyone scowled at me even Mr. Bee. Sunshine Glitter and shimmer didn't of cource.But Usually Mr. Bee would just correct Me when I was wrong. but He scowled too. thats when I knew something was terribly wrong.

Chapter 6
The rest of day I did not say a word. I did not learn anything either. "I was too busy talking to Sunshine Glitter and Shimmer in the Spirit World. We went to Sector 8 of the Spirit World. Sector 8 is basikly our favorite place to go. It's a little cafe called Shiny Sun. The people are so happy there the atmosphere is just so great. And since it's the Spirit world $5.00 converted to spirit world money is $50.00 and the food is cheap so sometimes we all only have to bring .50c each.
So we all had a cheese Burger and a chocolate malt-our usual. We talked about how everyone was acting so weird. Usually almost everyone came to Shiny Sun for lunch because the school lunches were terrible especially on chili day. But we were the only still living People there.
While we were there during the end of the day, we decided to take our minds off of things. The only way to do that is to rate cute dead boys from 1 to 10. Usually we do this with living boys but there was none there. I spotted a 7 and a 9. Sunshine didn't spot much because she was too busy sucking down her free refile chocolate malt. Shimmer spotted a 10 and a 6. Glitter also spotted a 7 but she was the only one to spot an 8.
At the end of "School" we decided that everybody was crabby that day. Maybe because we got an hour more sleep than they did. So we headed back to our bodies that were temporaraly been babysat from some of our Spirit Friends. When we got back we had a ton of homework. We didn't understand it. We asked ourselves since when did we get homework?

Chapter 7
When we got to my house (because we all went to my house after school) we started doing the homework. It was a breeze for us because we learned this before the school was built. But it was still weird like everything else that day. We still thought that everyone was cranky that day.
After our homework I went straight to the kitchen to make some of my famous deviled eggs. When I got started I realized we didn't have my secret ingredient- bee's knees. I know it sounds discusting to you humens but for enchanted creatures like us they're delicious.
So we went back to the spirit world to get some. They are extreamly dangerous to catch them yourself. But we didn't go to Shiny Sun we went to chanting tree a grocery store. When we got there we bought a jar of bee's knees and also some sheets. We had to have a dessert of course! So from there we went back to my house.
So I made the deviled eggs and they were delicious. (like always) While we were eating Shimmer spotted a boy looking in the window. So we all ran out the door and Sunshine tackled him. Glitter screamed "What the heck were you peeking in our window for?" Sunshine screamed "Peeping Tom!" The Boy was about our age and was a 10. He didn't say a word. Shimmer said "Well?"
Sunshine got off 0of him realizing her knee was jabbing his stomach making t impossible to talk. The boy still said nothing. He got up slowly. I didn't say aword because I was lost in his deep Blue eyes. He quickly with both of his hands pushed my back. I thought at that time he was just rude. I was terribly wrong.

Chapter 8
That night trying to sleep was terrible. I kept thinking about the weird day I had. I wondered if they'd be like that tomarrow. And I couldn't stop thinking about that boy and those abnormaly deep blue eyes. And it hit me like a bag of Bricks. Where that boy had pushed me almost a hard touch It felt as if someone was burning my back with alighter. I screamed at the top o my lungs. My parents were out of town so my babysitter came a running. I told her about my back but she said there was nothing there and it's probably growing pains. I slept on my face that night.
The next morning was dreadful. I woke up with a raging fever and achey bones. Especially my back. I got to stay home that day but it wan't any vacation. I was feeling so terrible I had one of my Spirit friends escort me to the Spirit World acute care center called Glittsy Glammor. But there was nothing Glammorous about it. The reason why its called that is because its' founders were fashion models.
When I got there they asked if I had insurance I showed them $5.00 ( which is $50.00 in Spirit money) which was more than enough for a check up. They examined me head to toe asking me all sorts of questions. I told them about my family. I also told them my back especially was hurting and I told them about the boy the day before. They searched my back like the're lives depended on it. They asked about my family again and when I told them they just smiled at me. I asked them "What are you smiling about?" They said they might have found the problem. But just to make sure how old are you again? I told them they smiled again and they told me "Why you're just growing up. You're growing your Fairy wings!!!

Chapter 9 (are you still reading? - Maddie note)
I gasped in suprise. "Really!? Are you sure?! I have to tell everyone!" I ran out of that acute care center forgetting all about the condition I was in. My Spirit Friend got left in the dust. I was so excited I forgot all about him. I ran all the way home, ran to the opohone and dialed the hotel my parents were staying at. They seemed to be as exited as I was because My mother fainted and my Dad was talking so fast I couldn't understand him.
By that time school was out. Sunshine Shimmer and Glitter came to see me. They asked if I was just skipping school because I was out and about telling everyone about my fairy wings. Then I explained my day and Glitter and shimmer were saying things like "Really are you serious?!" "Wow do they hurt?" But Sunshine didn't say a word. She crossed her arms and stared at the floor. She was being stubborn because She always wanted wings. Instead of Congradulating me she went straight to the fridge and got some chocolate.
I asked what was wrong but she said "Oh it's nothing dont worry about it" so we went to shiny sun and talked about what happened at school today. I guess they were "cranky" today too. And they were on time today. So they rated dead guys at Shiny sun again.
At Shiny Sun Sunshine didn't talk much. She just stared into space most of the time. She didn't even get a chocolate malt refill. It seemed like she was thinking. Weird for Sunshine you know thinking. She's tried everything she could to try to get wings. But I guess that kind of magic wasn't in her. I kinda feel sorry for her.

Chapter 10
That night I had to sleep on my face again. My back was stinging again but I knew why. This made It a little more comforting. I slept good and drempt about sugar plums. I got a good ten hour sleep. It did wonders for my complection.
In the moring I woke up chipper. It was a good thing that I slept on my face because that morning I had my fairy wings! they were black with all the colors of the rainbow and more.
It was a pain trying to get dressed though. I had to wear a shirt that ties like a halter top and ties in the back. I usually wore that at the beach or something. How embarrising! But when I walked In Glitte4r and Shimmer gasped. Sunshine seemed suprised but not in a good way.
The rest of the class didn't move. Glitter and Shimmer came a running and were gawking over me. Sunshine just stared. She walked over slowly. "Nice fake wings" she said. I said "What?! these aren't fake! Are you crazy?!"
She said "Well to get Fairy Wings you have to get a magical touch from an older sibling that is also a fairy. And you are an only child." I said "Well that doesn't make sense so the older sibling doesn't get wings?" "That's right" she said "Ask your dad he's not the oldest one is he" she asked knowingly "Nohe's not" I said. "Well how did I get wings then?" "You oviously faked them" she said "Pull on them they're real I swear!" She did and was in shock "They are real!" "How did she get them then?" asked Glitter "yeah that doesn't make sense!" "I don't know I don't know" said Sunshine.

Chapter 11
We went to shiny sun to talk about it. Sunshine asked if anyone touched my back lately. I suggested that peeping tom boy. We all looked at each other Maybe maybe not. As we talked about it we recalled what he looked like. He was about 5"9- a common height for boys our age. He had red hair. Now that we thought about it, it was the exact same color as mine. We all thought it was kinda creepy. He had a medium-like stature the type of stature you would find in a boy who plays some kind of a sport. His teeth were bright white. We all saw his teeth when Sunshine's knee was in his stomache. lets just say we all agreed he was a 10.
We went to my house after an hour of gawking at the breif memories. Right when we hit the door. A thought crossed my mind how come my parents aren't confuzed?
Have they been lying to me all these years? Do I really have a long-lost Brother somewhere? Why did he look so frightened when he was at my house. I quickly dropped my school bag on the floor and ran to the phone. The quick movement must have startled my friends because most of them flinched. Glitter was spacing a little so she didn't mind. They ran to my side quickly, oviously confuzed. "What's happening!?" said Shimmer, the most concerned. "Who are you calling?" asked a calmer Sunshine. "Huh? What!?" said Glitter still a little dazed by the front door. "I'm calling my parents..." I said concentrating.
They didn't answer any of their cell phones. "Darn... no answer." I said still thinking. "Are you going to tell me what's going on or am I going to have to shake it out of you?" asked a very anxious and oviously annoyed Glitter. "I had to ask my parents something" I said "Why?" asked Sunshine. the curious kitten. "I needed to ask them. why they weren't confuzed that I got wings.." "So they weren't suprised?" asked Shimmer "No they were suprised but I think in a good way like any parent would. but they weren't confuzed like they should've been..." "I'm not following" asked a still annoyed Glitter. "They know the Fairy rules they would know that I would need an older sibling to give me the magicaltouch I needed to get the wings." At that point it all clicked in everybody's minds at the same moment. I had a long lost brother. But why would they keep him from me for so long? is it a couinsidense that they were out of town?
Finally they got it. They all looked at each other. Their faces were a mixture of shock and suprise. I even saw a hint of disappointment on Sunshine. Just for one split second she looked Sad. After that split second she perked up. She smiled widely. We all looked at her like she was crazy. She looked back with teh same weird look on her face. "This will complicate things" she said. I made a face at her. "It's going to be weird dating your brother." Glitter, Shimmer and I all were puzzled then started to laugh. "What?" Sunshine asked defensively "It could happen!" "Yeah right!" said Shimmer in between giggles. I was the first to stop laughing but I was stile smileing. "look sunshine. we are all like 8s but c'mon he's a 10!" Sunshine looked betrayed then smirked. "That's kinda funny" She said still smirking. "Because me and your brother already have a date". "You are such a liar!" Glitter said. "I am not!" Sunshine said angrily. "When did he have time to ask you anything? You had your knee in his stomache! And he didn't talk to us at al!" I said still a smile in my voice. "Oka I know this will sound weird, but I think he has a gift". Sunshine said a little spacy. We all decided to humor her and sat down on my leather couch in my room. We squished like sardines into the comfortable couch. "So what is this magnificant power that my long lost brother that I've only met once in my whole 13-year life have?" I said a little tired. "Sparkle is right" said Shimmer "this is getting kind of ridiculas." "I told you i'm not lying!" said an oviously annoyed Sunshine. "This is how he asked me out."
"Well here's how things went down. I saw him in the window I was mad at him of course so I did the logical thing of bringing him down. But it was like he knew it was going to happen. He tried to resist he grabbed my waist as if to try to pick me up but of course he wasn't strong enough. I tackled him with ease. I was so angry at him. I shouted at him but he just smirked at me. Then something weird happened. His eyes flashed for just a second. I heard a voice in my head. "Hey do you want to go out sometime?" I was shocked and scared at the same time. He smirked again. AT that point I saw his hand on my knee. He saw it too and the voice spoke again. "I'll see you Wednesday but right now I have to take care of something" Then I jumped off of him. From that point he pushed you. While Glitter and Shimmer were trying to help you up, He smiled at me, and to my suprise I smiled back. I quickly pulled myself together and shook the smile that face because I realized that he was a peeping tom who just pushed my best friend down."
"Wow Sunshine" said Glitter "Ummm.... not quite sure how to respond to that one. What do you think Sparkle?" "Well... It's very improbable.." I said. I heard Sunshine groan "No No it's improbable... but not impossible.." "Oh great we lost two!" Shimmer exclaimed annoyed. "No.." said Glitter "I suppose it is possible. I have seen first born fairies with Special Powers. I have seen many who can read minds, but this is the other way around. how strange...." Glitter was thoughtful as she said this. There was a long silence. Everyone was oviously all thinking. Sunshine broke the silence.
"See!" she said with enthosiasim "I wasn't lying!" "Well you know you're not going alone right?" I said "What? Why not?!" Sunshine snapped "Because we don't know much about him and we don't know if he is a threat to us or not" I said calmly. "Sparkle he's your brother!" Shimmer said "We don't even know if he is really my brother!" I said angrily "C'mon Sparkle you and I both know that he is in fact your broher, all the signs Point to it. The hair and the fact that he gave you fairy wings and your parents oviously had to have a part in this too!" Glitter said this with a loud voice but not agrily. She was always known for her patience with others. "I know, I'm sorry Glitter I suppose i'm just confuzed about all of this." I said "It's completely understandable" said Shimmer "I would be freaked out too if I had a long lost brother that my parents never told me about." said Glitter "that is also a total hottie". added Sunshine with a smile "That your best friend is hitting on." added Shimmer and glared at Sunshine. "what?! I can't help that her long lost Brother is a beef cake!" shouted Sunshine fighting back a smile, but failing. "Omph!" I said while I floped onto my bed. I looked up at the ceiling and put my hands behind my head. My friends followed me and sat around me on my bed. When she realized there wasn't enough room for all of us on one bed Sunshine decided to make room by putting my feet on her lap and setting her head on Shimmer's belly.

AND THAT'S AS FAR AS SHE GOT. Thank the Lord!! xD
