It's been a little while since my last entry, so here's what's new:

We've decided to move for sure. I'm going back to school in January, and we're moving the mid-endish of next month and maybe as late as the first of November. I've been spending a fair bit of my time looking through apartments and the sort, and soon we'll be deep into packing and down sizing.

Last weekend we went to Disneyland, and that was a blast! Technically I'd been twice before, but I was 3 at the most and that was the second visit, so I really didn't remember it at all. We came back with a whole ton of pictures and a Mad Hatter's hat biggrin

Tomorrow night we're gonna go see the new GI Joe movie on the lot. I can't say I'm super excited about the movie itself, but it will be nice to see another movie there, especially since it's quit likely to be my last now that we're moving away crying

This weekend we're going camping with friends. Next week I'll be visiting my mother. And next weekend or else the weekend after I guess we're gonna go on down to San Diego for a quick visit before the move. Then whichever weekend we don't go to San Diego, I'm hoping to cram in a quick trip to the Getty Center as well as the Getty Villa as well as hit a little of Hollywood before we leave So Cal.

I think that pretty much brings you up to speed. The only thing I can add is that I'm sad to be leaving LA, especially so soon. I have no great love for Spokane, though I guess overall WA isn't bad. I'm a little excited to be returning, but only because I'd like to finish my BA and it'll be nice to see my friends in person again after so long. Plus, most of them will be graduating this year or next, so going now means I'll at least have a few more months with them before we all go our separate ways for good.

In the mean time, I'm trying to think of my return as a new beginning, rather then back tracking. And for the most part my thinking has started to lean that way, though it took quit some doing. Also, I'm gonna try and hit every place I can down here before heading back up north. Hence the somewhat ambitious schedule I just outlined for you above ^-^
