I haven't really learned much today, and my growth today has been very close to stagnent. I remember learning something early in the morning but i have forgotten. But I have grown a higher understanding of people.
1. People are good at forgetting things, and feelings. Some of you that think you have a good memory, don't fool yourself, you barily remember anything that you think you do. Sure you might remember special events, and you might remember things that seem pointless. But if you think about it, you are horrible at remember past feelings, and certain consequences to your actions. I myself deal with a bad memory, in both of thoughs.
2. People are born rebels. Think back to when you were kids, when you were told to do something, most likely you would feel like you wanted to do the exact opposite, i mean think about it honestly. When someone says 'DON'T LOOK DOWN!' whats the first thing you usually do? Look down. Lets actually take a further look back through history. Each little movement is a movement against the last, puritism to deism(thats strickly religious to logical though)(oh and please excuse if i mess up in the from this to that, and please don't fail to get my point) from deism to romantasim(logical thought to nature) Romantism to realism(over the top heroes to realisc people) and so on and so forth. Every Generation rebels against the one before. We are rebelious people.
3. Weak and foolish people. We fool ourselves with thoughts that we are wise, that we are strong, that we are above all things, and above death. When we think we are wise, we fail to evaluate our side more causing us to be fools. When we think we are strong often times we end up falling farther down from running into something we can not handle, for example with drugs the strong think 'oh i won't get addicted' so they end up trying it and getting addicted, then saying 'I can quit anytime i want' this is our pride, truth is they can't just stop, their hooked. When we think we are above all things, we end up falling from the top because it turns out...we were wrong, thoughs things that we thought we were above ended up being more than us in the end. Then we think that we are above Dying! We think we are invincible. We end up doing stupid things and end up getting greatly wounded, and worse, sometimes we even end up dead.
Honestly, why do we think we can lead our own lives? Because when we try, we always end up failing horribly, and realizing, we can't stand alone. Because then we have no ground to stand on, we only have a house to build(which is us) but where is the foundation? Jesus says 'its like 2 houses, 1 is built on the sand the other on the rock. When the wind blows and crashes into the houses, the house built on the rock, stood, but the house built on the sand fell' where are you going to build your house, on the rock or the sand? Let me tell you something, Jesus Christ is the rock that the foundation of the house was built.

Growth in God
Basically charting my growth in God
"BUT ALL the optimism of the age had been false and disheartening for this reason, that it had always been trying to prove that we fit in to the world. The Christian optimism is based on the fact that we do NOT fit in to the world." - G.K. Chesterton
