Today I have learned something about pornography and have come to the ultimate conclusion to the only way out of it, first though let me explain some major problems. 1. whenever you look at it your brain produces erotoxins. Erotoxins can reform your brain and cause you a mental addiction to it in your mind. It can also cause actual physical problems in your body, much like drugs. Also like drugs it can cause addiction to it, or a want for the erotoxins, and a dependency on them, causing you to do more harm to your body. Also the more you look at it the less and less you can escape from it, your mind literally becomes corrupt, and your physical status can literally worsen just by looking at some erotic pictures. Neurologist Richard Restak confims this:

"Thanks to the latest advances in neuroscience, we now know that emotionally-arousing images imprint and alter the brain, triggering an instan, involuntary, but lasting, biochemical memory trail. This applies to so-called "soft-core" and "hard-core" pornography....Once neurochemical pathways are established they are difficult or impossible to delete."

And Dr. Judith Reisman adds:

"Pornographic images also cause secretion of the body's "fight or flight" sex hormones. This triggers excitatory transmitters and produces non-rational, involuntary reactions; Intense arousal states that overlap sexual lust-now with fear, shame, and/or hostility and violence. Media erotic fantasies become deeply imbedded, commonly coarsening, confusing, motivating, and addicting many of those exposed. Pornography triggers myriad kinds of internal, natural drugs that mimic the "high" from a street drug. Addiction to pornography is addiction to what i call erotoxins- mind-altering drugs produced by the viewer's own brain.
How does this "brain sabotage" occur? Brain scientists tell us that "in 3/10 of a second a visual image passes from the eye through the brain, and whether or not one wants to, the brain is structurally changed and memories are created. We literally 'grow new brain' with each visual experience."

Now I will add that with the case of only the brain, the higher of an impulse usually wins out, and with continual viewing of porn the sexual impulse becomes the stronger. So in sense if you rely on your physical self, you'd only become a slave to it. BUT through Christ, you can over come it because of the 6th sense of such which is your Concience. The Concience can actually help you choose the weaker of the 2 impulses win out if it is the best of the two, the most morally correct. Without it you would only be a slave, and the escape would be impossible, but God has given you this escape, and through willingness you can over come it. Thanks to that good ole concience and determination you have towards Christ(if you dont i suggest finding him) you can overcome your physical wants and go to your spiritual needs. You can apply this to any problem you have not only sexual arousal, but drub abuse, depression, anger, etc.
