Chapter 6: Shipwreck Cove.
Elaine glanced around. Shipwreck Cove was covered with jagged rocks. Pierre guided them with ease around rocks sticking up from the water. "Where could they have hidden the Gorgon?" Rose wondered, placing a hand to her mouth. "Deep within the cove." Pierre said, dodging another jagged rock.
Further along in the cove, they saw the bow of the Gorgon. "There it is!" Elaine shouted, pointing to it. Another crew was scattering across the deck. Elaine couldn't be held back. She pulled out her rapier and screamed, "HEY!!!! I WANT MY SHIP BACK!!" A crew member noticed her yelling and shouted things to the captain that were indistinct to them.
"Nice goin', Elaine." Alejandro sighed. One of the cannons motioned towards the little rowboat, signaling a "OH CRAP!" moment from the occupants. As a cannonball barreled towards them, they all leaped out of the rowboat just before it hit them. Elaine swam angrily towards her ship, grumbling and cursing under her breath. The rest of her crew followed. They eventually found a rope ladder and climbed up.
As she stood on the deck, she pulled her rapier out of her belt. "Now," she sneered, getting their attention. "I want my ship back." She was about to continue when she noticed......her crew wasn't the only all-girl crew in the world. They were facing another. A Spainish crew. "Por que?" one of them said. The rest of the crew followed her up and Alejandro stood next to her.
"SENOR ALEJANDRO!!??" a voice shouted from the back. She pushed her way to the front of the crowd, revealing herself. She seemed to be a Spainish version of Winnie with tan skin and amber hair. "F-Francesca!!??" Alejandro returned. Elaine glanced at Alejandro and asked, "Is this the girl from Barcelona?" Alejandro nodded. Francesca's face changed to a glare.
"Jerk off!" she snarled. Elaine and Rebecca couldn't help but laugh. "Well, this is new for you." Alejandro admitted with a small smirk. Francesca walked up to Alejandro and sucker punched him. Gripping his sore chin, Alejandro staggered back to his feet. "Ow...." he winced. "That's some right hook you got there." Elaine huffed angrily and pushed Francesca's shoulder. "Brat!" she sneered. "What do you think you're doing?"
Francesca snarled at Alejandro, "SHE'S THE OTHER WOMAN!!?? A PIRATE!!??" Elaine looked at Alejandro confusedly. "Other woman?" Alejandro nodded hastily. "Y-yes!" he stammered. Alejandro hastily wrapped his arm around Elaine's shoulder. "This is.................." Alejandro paused, figuring of a good name to give her for the time being. "Esperenza!!"
"Esperenza?" Elaine cocked an eyebrow at him. Francesca huffed angrily and punched Alejandro in the gut. "I waited for you!" she snarled. "I wanted to marry you and now you sail around with this.......pirate hooker!!??" Elaine was offended. "PIRATE HOOKER!!!??" she screamed, swiping at Francesca's head. "I can't beleive you just decided to say that to me!!!" "But it's true." Francesca said. Elaine snapped and suckerpunched Francesca.
Elaine jumped on top of Francesca and started to bombard her with punches. "Oooh, cat fight!" Rebecca smirked. Rose and Winnie helped pull Elaine off of Francesca. Elaine huffed and screamed, "Whore!", still refusing to back down. "Alright, alright!" Alejandro said, standing in between them. "That's enough you two." Francesca smirked at them and said, "You want the ship back?" Elaine nodded hastily. "Too bad!" Francesca giggled wickedly. Elaine wrestled out of Rose's grip, pulled out her flintlock, pointed it at Francesca's forehead and pulled the trigger...nothing. The rest of the crew tried their's and nothing. With a sigh of frustration, Rebecca grumbled, "Wet powder."
"Then let's fight for it..." Elaine growled, pulling out her rapier. "The old-fashioned way!"
