I'm going to stay over at my dad's house for the next month or so. I'm really not looking forward to putting up with that annoying woman of his, but it's the price I have to pay.
Bags are packed and with all the books that I'm taking, they are a lot heavier than I thought. I'm expecting to put them to good use, though, with all the free time I'll have without my computer there to distract me. I'm hoping I'll be able to put in some work for all the stories and plotbunnies currently on my to-do list.
I'm also hoping to get started on my OS design project. Windows has annoyed me for the last time. I will write my own personalized, floppy-disk-sized OS! scream
I think this internet de-tox time will actually do me some good. I've been spending way too much time in front of the screen for the past few days, haha. Still, that doesn't mean I won't miss all the great people I've come to know online. heart
