The Cabal of the Frost is a newly developing mages guild that specializes in cold magicks. Some of the magi therein are fond of beings from the lower planes, and have located a number of hellplanes that have ice on them. Trapping and demanding the spells of certain demons, the Cabal has come across the potent Hellfrost spell.
When cast, Hellfrost creates a 60 foot zone of mixing energies. These energies take the form of fire, ice, and pure evil, resulting in an offensive spell that yeilds cold, fire, and negative energy damage. Sadly, for the Cabal, they have found that the spell does not work in the hallowed ground of good aligned churchs(this spell is automatically countered if cast in a Hallowed area belonging to good aligned beings).
Material Compounts: demon blood, fire elemental blood, and ice elemental blood; mxed in a proportion of 2:1:1, contained in a vial, flask, or bottle that has been Unhallowed within the last 24 hours.
