ok this was my 3rd day at pole dancing lessons! and guess what?? we learned are frist spin! yays! they taught up the basic firemen spin! its so fun! but let me tell you, its a killer on the feet XD we also learned the panty toss, and a cross step! now I'v got quite an amount to practise! yays! =D
