ok so I have made it through my frist pole dancing lesson today! and it was so fun!! the studio has nine poles in it and cool colored lights! we also had music playing! it was a blast! I learned how to walk around the pole (the right way XD), a hip dip, to twist on the pole, and a leg sweep! all together in that order too! did I mention it was fun?? wow! I can't wait till next week!! I am so excited about actually being able to pole dance! yay! =D
