Dalien was walking down the street when he heard a sudden sound from down an alleyway.
"what was that?" he wondered as he began to go to the source of the noise. something caught his eye as he was walking. it was only a slight glimmer but just enough to notice it and only stayed long enough to realize where it was. Dalien began walking towards it when he suddenly felt a sharp pain in his back and could hear screams he tried to look around but couldn't move his head he moved his eyes to see as much as he could. he looked towards his hands and noticed that his hands were as white as paper and his veins looked like black ink.
"whats happening?!?!?" thats what he would have liked to say that is if he could move his lips it was strange and scary to think that he was helpless and that he had most likely just been poisoned with something even he as an army's lead strategist and general hadn't been informed about. suddenly he realized he was on the cement facing the grounds he could see the specs of dirt and sand move with his breath.
"thank god those muscles still work." he thought to himself. As he was being lifted from the ground he noticed what had caught his eye.
"YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME THAT IS THE SHINY SPECK I SAW!" it had simply been a piece of metal with a small beam of light focused on it. "now I feel like and idiot. a piece of metal has just gotten me poisoned and dragged of to only god knows where."
That was the last thing he remembered as he suddenly felt a pain, very little but still there, in the side of his head and everything went black
