The story follows Train Heartnet, number XIII (13) in an organization called Chronos. Wielding the Orichalcum gun, Hades, he kills his targets without hesitation, without emotion, all in the name of world peace. Things change when he encounters a 'Sweeper', a bounty hunter that lives by bringing in bandits, scumbags and villians for reward money. The show throws together a cast of a theif, a sweeper that can see the future, a female nanobot, and of course Train, now a sweeper himself. Together they search out the big bountys of criminals that use Chi energy in their crimes.
For plot, I rate this a 5/10. It's interesting to see once, but it's rather unmemorable. The humor is random and often simply fails it's purpose with poor timing.
Music gets an 8/10. What the show lost in the entertainment department, it made up for with the music. The intro song 'Daiya no Hana' by Yoriko is definitely a winner, and the fight scene music is well situated.
Art gets a 7/10 with a bonus point for some cool fightscenes. In and of itself the animation was cool, but there were a few bits here and there that just seemed... out of place.
All in all, it's worth a 6.2/10. Not the greatest series, but if you're in the mood for some cool effects and music, then by all means watch it.

This journal is a list of anime series I've seen, both good and bad. I'll include reviews, my personal scores, a (non-spoiler) plot preview, and if I feel like it, some screen shots. Feel free to comment.
