When I don't sleep enough I get extremely emotional. I'm emotional right now and feeling lonely, utterly confused, conflicted, completely lost. I'm good at feeling bad and use to it, trying to avoid it only makes it worse and to embrace it is usually the answer. I think I'll have a unceasing amount of nights like these, especially with the summer approaching.
I keep smelling cinnamon and nutmeg or some sort of other spices, not sure what it means.
