Nova: Last moments, huh? I'm not sure that's any better.. this town is all I'v ever known.
**Nova looks around the room, peering through the doorways**
Nova: Gunna miss this house..

Rayka frowned looking at her finished apple "Im sorry..I brought this on you.." Just then Tal Rasha came through the door with a rather large piece of cloth and a stern look. "Here is a map of most of the surrounding area, the black areas are unknown, i suggest staying away from them." he faces towards Rayka for a moment. Rayka pouted "What's that look for." Tal Rasha grinned "You know what i mean"

Nova: Uhm.. ok.. Where exactly are we supposed to go anyway?

Tal Rasha took out a small piece of hard bread and began crunching it down "I..suggest here" he pointed to a cave on the map "Worst thing there is rats..couple feet long but nothing you two cannot handle" He grinned again "Just stay there till I come, alright?"

Nova: Alright .. ah.. When should we leave?
**She absent mindedly looked around the house again**

Rayka stood up stretching her arms. "Midnight tonight" Tal Rasha removed his "Blinker" showing his watery red eyes. There were lines across his face from the band "I needa get a new one of these"

**Nova stared for a moment then caught herself and looked down a bit**
Nova: Kay..
**She stood up and looked around for something to use as a backpack**
Nova: gotta grab a couple things.
**Walking out the door, she grabbed a bag hanging on the wall**

Rayka followed quickly behind her "need any help?"

**Nova looked back**
Nova: Sure.. just gunna grab some clothes though

Rayka stopped and blinked for a second "Oh..if your going to get clothes i don't need to help i suppose" She smiled and sat back down and started at the map with Tal Rasha. She flipped a coin around in her fingers and pointed to a small opening in a mountain "What's this?" She looked up at him. Tal Rasha started for a moment "Well..to be honest i don't really know...id assume its a bear cave."

**Nova came out from her room with a medium sized bag a few minutes later**
Nova: kay .. i miss anything?

Rayka looked away from the map not thinking anything about the cave. "Do you have everything?" Tal Rasha walked outside and squinted at the light he hadn't seen in so long. "Ack.." he looked back inside and tried to focus his eyes on Rayka. "Im going to go get a new band, ill be back soon." He walked silently away closing the door.

Nova: yea, im set .. i suppose.
**She glanced at Tal wordlessly then back to Rayka**
Nova: i grabbed some extra clothes for you too

Rayka smiled "Thanks" She looked curiously at the door "What do you think will happen...i mean..this weird aura around your house..do you think everything will be okay??"

Nova: i really don't know .. iv never been through anything like this before
**she frowned and sat down at the table again**
Nova: .. i hope everything will be alright..

Rayka looked down and looked back up smiling "I think everything will be fine, besides this could be fun, iv never left the city before, and i always have wanted to, there could be some good from this!"

Nova: I suppose your right, i haven't left the city before either.
**she looked up at Rayka**
Nova: im still kinda nervous though .. if something attacks us.. i don't really know how to fight..

"Yea..but i think these woods are safe, Tal Rasha wouldn't send us anywhere he thought was unsafe" She walked across the room and unwrapped the fire imbued knife from her late-abusive owner. "Take this, im sure it will help to"

Nova: are you sure? I'v still got that sword, but you should have a weapon too.
**she glanced at the sword sitting by the table and back to Rayka**

She nodded her head "Yes, im sure, besides i learned how to fight with a staff while i was captive, as it was the only thing i could get my hands on. I couldn't use that if my life depended on it..ahh..that wasn't a very good analogy was it?"

**Nova chuckled**
Nova: not really, but i get the idea..
**she takes the knife and re-wraps it, stashing it in a bag**
Nova: thanks.

Rayka watched Tal Rasha "I don't think we will have much to do..finding a place to settle would be the only thing we had to do." Tal Rasha was quiet, obviously deep in thought. "Nova Saint." he spoke suddenly "If Rayka starts having troubles breathing in her sleep take this stuff, rub it on her neck. She has a bit of a problem sometimes."
He gave her a small well-wrapped jar of a clear solution of salve.

**Nova looked at him and the jar, slightly confused**
Nova: uhm.. ok... No problem.
**She stashed it in the bag which slowly seemed to be gaining size**
