Up in the mountains sits a small city called Altar, like every other city of the year 3045 everything is up to date with the newest tech. How ever cars replaced hover cars and boats for this city has developed into a water way city, using rivers and air as roads. Not only does this city have the green thumb with low pollution it also has fingerprint scanners or ID cards that have replaced keys and so forth. The city has many reasons that tourists come to it, many people are attracted by the greenery, some its the fresh air of the mountains and the fresh water, but for many its the architectural allurement of the buildings and party central of the city that brings in the money for the city.
The plot so far is to have your characters meet up how ever you like and come together and create twists and turns for each other freely making the plot as you go.

- DO NOT make your character have an overly depressing background, that tends to make roleplaying with that character a chore if all they talk about is their horrible past...

The city limits of Altar are deep channels that the city dug to keep the supernatural being out of the city and to keep the people within safe. For this that dug the 100ft down and 50ft across so the only entrance into the city is by air lift.
Abandoned Evacuation Roads : Underground
Under the city lies these corridors of winding tunnels that lead out through the ground and come out into the City Limits which you must walk across and into another tunnel which will bring you out into the forest high up in the mountains.

The forest of the mountains Altar is surrounded by is thick woodlands full of things from fantasies and creatures of the supernatural kind. The city has made laws that no one is to go into the city alone so only couples or groups of people are aloud into the forest.
Altar Forest : Sacred Tree Aloria Of Altar
The sacred tree of Altar is found in the center of the mountains only a select few of the people of Altar know where it is found. The tree stands at 20ft tall and the rumor behind the tree is that the goddess Alumiora of the earth died at that spot and joined the gods in the stars. And her body turned into the tree of Aloria, its said the sap from this tree if placed on soil will grow beautiful plants, if given to a human all wounds or sickness will be healed from their body.
