Personality Overview :
Sweet and innocent Vedette has the warmest smile and shyest personality you might come across. At first glace she seems cat like but as people get closer to her she is actually a smart individual that just has an innocent feel to her. She likes to meow on occasions and play pranks on her friends or other beings no matter who they are. Usually when she is scolded she will pout or become oblivious to who ever is talking to her and go off to do something else, usually the same thing she was just being yelled at for. Don't take it that she isn't listening tho, she actually remembers everything quite well in fact. She just stores it in the back of her mind to retrieve later on when it is needed or she will totally forget about it.
Tho Vedette seems innocent and sweet if someone is challenging her to fight them, she will show some seriousness in the issue. She will study the enemy to see if it worth her time and if the person doesn't interest her she will not engage in battle unless forced to. If forced her whole exterior persona changes into a serious more adult manner. She will carry herself differently and calmly speak to the enemy and figure out the point of the battle. If she finds the battle to just be pointless she will refuse to fight any longer finding no need to continue the unneeded use of energy. But if her enemy continues to persist to fight she will become angered and this will cause her to resort to any matter necessary to end the fight. She will either try immobilizing her enemy or killing them but if her friends or a loved one is in danger she resorts to a more devoted mindset. Where she becomes more vicious and gets animal characteristics in her movements while she tries to defeat the enemy that continues to attack.
Once a battle is over she will usually space out for a few moments, feeling the guilt of having the fight and this weighs down on her after every battle. Her way to forget the sorrow she feels from battle she converts back to her innocent mindset and becomes oblivious to the drama, stress and worry that many people take head on, instead she lets it brush over her shoulder.
Character Time-line:
When Vedette came into the world of the living she wasn't a human, she was in fact a regular going house cat. But one day her owner, an old man and woman, died of their old ages and left her alone in the world of the living. She was chased away by the new tenants of her old home and was cast out into the cold barring winter in Karakura town. For days she wondered searching for a new home, hearing of the temple in the mountains Vedette decided it was her last hope of life and journeyed to the temple only to find it gone. Weak from exhaustion she curled up in the snow under a clear night sky full of the glistening stars and passed on into the next life. Or so she thought.
As a spirit she wasn't chained to anything in the world and wondered the living world as her chain of fate on her heart ate away at itself. One day she came across a naive man who called himself Don Kanonji who had unknowingly been creating hollows instead of setting their souls free. By ripping her chain of fate free from her body she proceeded to change into a hollow and set out after human souls. But from her life as a cat in the living world she couldn't bring herself to devour a humans soul, but the moment she came across a hollow she devoured them and grew into a cannibal hollow.
One day after devouring her way through hollow and menos, she came to be a cannibal hollow. As she walked through the valleys of sand in Hueco Mundo she crossed paths with a panther hollow. His strength and cunning captivating her, she decided to follow him in secret and learn from him and grow along side him. As he found a batch of hollows he revealed his name to them and unknowingly to her. Grimmjow Jaggerjack, the name rung in her ears and she vowed to be as strong as he was some day. She followed him and aloud herself to slowly get closer to him as he grew in power, he never gave her any notice seeing her as a weakling, so he ignored her existence.
The day Grimmjow became an Espada, Vedette waited till she could sneak into the place Aizen resided. Begging him to change her into an Espada she was granted the chance but when she only became a lesser arrancar he put her as a Fraccion to Grimmjow. Still happy to serve him she did just that, she stayed behind the scenes since he didn't want others to know he had a follower like they did, she was never seen much. As the day came that Grimmjow returned with wounds he sustained in the living world he avoided her all together. Thinking he didn't want her any longer hurt her deep down and she ran away from him so that she wouldn't cause him any more pain.
As time past Vedette came to terms with his choice and decided to make things right so she returned to Hueco Mundo to talk to Grimmjow. Seeing the left over carnage of the battle between the Shinigami and the Espada she finds out Grimmjow is no where to be found. Thinking he was dead she wailed at the crescent in the sky with sorrow that she hadn't been there to help him. Feeling the guilt that she had lost another master to death, the toll sent her mind into a protective shut down of her feelings which caused her to seem innocent to many people she came across, tho under that outer shell was a malicious killer.
Having no grudges against anyone involving her masters death Vedette returned to the sand valleys of Hueco Mundo killing hollows that challenged her. Over time she decided to return to the living world and visited Hueco Mundo periodically tho she did not feel the connection to that world any longer since it held such sad memories for her. Thus she jumped between these two worlds only to travel when she needed to go long distances but spent most of her time in the living world.

Sealed Description:
A simple katana with a metallic blue reflecting blade, the hilt being sky blue with black banding which makes it have sky blue diamond colorings, the guard of the katana being silver with a running lion etched into the metal the etching of its tail going down her blade glowing a soft blue when out of the sheath. The sheath is made of bamboo wood and colored black with blue patterns and design. This katana is held on Vedettes hip by a sky blue metal string which can also be used as a weapon of sorts.

Functionality:
As Vedette goes into her resurrection for she will hold up her own weapon and press it to her heart with one hand on the handle. As she speaks the name of her form wind will begin to swirl around her body and the temperature of the area will begin to drop at a high pace. Causing the swirling wind around her body to fog and become unable to see through as the air grows colder. Her transformation seems almost instant as she breaks from the swirl of wind and ice sending shards of ice and snow flying on the wind away from her. In this form Vedettes body becomes her weapon, using each part of her being as a weapon of any form she can think of since her abilities are limited by her imagination.
She has the following extra abilities with her attacking abilities:
- Her tail can grow and tangle around an enemy and fling or throw them from a close distance into a long distance.
- Her hands and nails act like a two sided dagger or blade which she likes to jab and or slash with.
- Blades on the side of her arms can grow to about 3 ft long in battle on command and can also be shrunk back down to the 6inch. blades.

Description:
Once released into her Resurrection form Vedettes reiatsu reaches out into the surrounding area a couple hundred yards she is fighting in and chills it drasticly below zero. Which causes slight icing over on the ground and fogged breath, this ability goes on as long as she is in her resurrection form.

Description:
Related to inuyashas Blades Of Blood, Vedette can do a similar attack style. First she gathers her black and sky blue reiatsu at the points of her claws a makes a slash at the air in her enemies direction. The reiatsu will leave slightly translucent, sky blue, slash like blades in the air as they spin and fly at the enemy in a straight on attack. A weak enemy hit by this attack would be sliced clean through and crusted in ice, higher leveled enemies with get sliced and the wound crusted in ice.
These blades of reiatsu can be dodged since they do not follow an enemy in the air, they cant be broken by weaker level enemies only stop or deflect them. For higher level enemies it is possible to hit and shatter them, deflect or slice through them. But anything that they touch no matter the level of the enemy or what it is it will get a good layer of spiked up ice.

Description: This ability allows Vedette to watch any sort of hand to hand combat attack, and learn it almost instantly. She must be able to see it at least three times but even then she can only get it half right, but if she was to practice it over and over she could still learn it but not to its full potential like the person she saw use it. This only applies to physical attacks so if the ability is a bakudo or hado or any other special kind of technique she is incapable of using it. This is relative to Photographic memory but it leans more towards Advanced Adaption and Application.

Description: A collection of energy forming a shield around ones self. It forms as a thin glass like plate hovering above the wielders desired spot of the body, mainly the hands, and when an enemy physically hits this shield they are thrown back with double the force they put into the attack they just used. This only works on physical attacks such as kicks or punches, but if the attacker is stronger then the wielder the wielder will be thrown instead.

Character Dynamic:
Vedette has learned that over time no matter how many times she has won a battle she has found her own weaknesses within herself. She had a short temper which mean that if she is forced to repeat herself over and over or have something continue in repetition she will have a moment of an anger spout. Tho she calms down right after, but if in battle she was to lose her temperament she could cause serious damage or become more vicious with her attacks unless calmed down.
Along with her temperament issues Vedette also cant take on electrical or heat related attacks very well. Electrical attacks stun her to were her speed is more then cut in half for quite a while depending on the point of collision the attack has on her body. Since Vedette is a basic of ice related moves she likes to fight in cold climates and make sure it stays cold, so heat related attacks with tire her more then the usual attacks an enemy might preform.
Bakido is another type of weakness of hers, tho she knows many of the bakido from fighting or avoiding shinigami she has a weakness to one type of bakido in particular; Bakido Immobilizing Spells. These spells are the hardest for her to avoid and or break free off causing just about any shinigami easy control of her. Now even tho Vedette had weaknesses she also has strong points.
Vedettes top strong point in battle will be her speed, she is able to move at such high speeds that even if she appears holding still. When she is actually moving at such a high rate of speed that the normal eye can not keep up with the movement and relay the information to the brain in time. This ability helps her stay off the radar of shinigami unless the shinigami can since her presence. Along with this speed her second highest strength is her defensive attacks.
Her defensive attacks base of Taekwondo and Aikido and help her deflect or dodge attacks tho depending on the attacker or conditioning she cant dodge all attacks. Now even with her speed and defensive capabilities she favors her thirst time strength being her effectiveness with cold and ice related attacks. Depending on how cold the area she fights the more effecting her fighting and attacks become.
Fighting Style:
Vedette learned many fighting styles from watching hollows, humans and shinigami along with her role model Grimmjow. Because of this she has been able to master her animalistic fighting abilities and mix them with Aikido, and taekwondo. Aikido, which is a form of Japanese martial arts as a synthesis of martial studies, philosophy, and religious beliefs. Aikido is often translated as "the Way of unifying (with) life energy" or as "the Way of harmonious spirit." This fighting styles goal was to create an art that practitioners could use to defend themselves while also protecting their attacker from injury.
Aikido is performed by blending with the motion of the attacker and redirecting the force of the attack rather than opposing it head-on. This requires very little physical strength, as the aikidoka (aikido practitioner) "leads" the attacker's momentum using entering and turning movements. The techniques are completed with various throws or joint locks.[3] Aikido can be categorized under the general umbrella of grappling arts.
Vedette also learned Taekwondo which is a Korean martial art and the national sport of South Korea. In Korean, tae means "to strike or break with foot"; kwon means "to strike or break with fist"; and do means "way", "method", or "art". Thus, taekwondo may be loosely translated as "the art of the foot and fist" or "the art of kicking and punching." As many other arts, it combines combat techniques, self-defense, sport, exercise, and in some cases meditation and philosophy.
There are two branches of taekwondo development that Vedette had learned: "Traditional taekwondo" and "Sport taekwondo". Although there are doctrinal and technical differences between the two main styles and among the various organizations, the art in general emphasizes kicks thrown from a mobile stance, employing the leg's greater reach and power (compared to the arm). Taekwondo training generally includes a system of blocks, kicks, punches, and open-handed strikes and may also include various take-downs or sweeps, throws, and joint locks. Some taekwondo instructors also incorporate the use of pressure points, known as jiapsul, as well as grabbing self-defense techniques borrowed from other martial arts, such as hapkido (another Korean martial art) and judo (a Japanese martial art).

Description: The Arrancar’s signature movement technique, using extreme speed and acceleration to overcome the eye’s capacity to trace movement. This ability can be used to travel quickly from one place to another, or in combat by a skilled practitioner to get a jump on the enemy. Using this skill repeatedly over the course of a battle is ill-advised, as it does not take long for the opponent’s eyes to adjust to the high-speed movement. An Arrancar’s sonido is distinguished by it’s rough static buzz, which gives a vague impression of its speed.

Description: Similar in appearance and execution to a Cero, Bala are compressed waves of Reiatsu (Spiritual Pressure) that strike with blunt force similar to that of a physical attack. Bala has been observed as being noticeably faster than Cero, but it’s lack of girth and explosive capacity limits its effectiveness as a weapon.

Description: A heavy wide energy blast emitted from the hand, mouth, or some other body part. Cero are highly destructive and can vary greatly from user to user, able to be fired in a thin column or a wide cone-shaped emanation as appropriate to the situation, and specialists in Cero have been known to change their color. The damaging aspects of a Cero are partly heat and burning energy (not fire) and partly physical concussive force.
