attempting to abolish my own slavery
attempting to provoke
Unholy communions where my inner beasts plot
To overthrow the stronghold of my sanity
It seems you are the only light that can stop
blinding darkness from consuming every bit of me

Without you my mind careens toward despair
This monster inside becomes self aware
Fiending for its pretentious feeding
as my heart stops while I'm hanging there
In the web of lies and guilt
spun from the most deceiving silk
so soft to the touch, thats just enough
to vanquish my soul and cause this rose to wilt
