About: Neo is the keeper of Kate's rune shop on the island. He also learned a little bit of magic from Kate. He can't yet teleport players to a source of rune essence but he's learning. His shadow ability allows him to change his form. He can take on the appearance of other shadows or change into any form he desires, from a beastly powerhouse, to a sneaky lock picking creature. Most don't know he has this ability because he doesn't use it often.
Kate seems to have a fondness for him. He's eager to learn new things, but he's a bit shy and awkward when it comes to dealing with people.
