Beautiful face
Shining with light
Pure and white
Beautiful smile
A joy that cant be explained.
Hes looking at His daughter
His son
Smiling down on them.
Shes just a little girl
Dancing without a care
Spinning and twirling in a sparkling dress
Unaffected by the world
As she dances she smiles with delight.
Hes just a little boy
Doesnt know any better
Speaks words no one understands
But hes filled with joy
No one can take away
When he dances the world disappears.
Beautiful eyes

With eyes of love

Beautiful face

Pure and white
Beautiful smile
A joy that cant be explained.
Shes older now
Shes almost 13
Shes experienced some of the world
Experienced pain
But she still loves her Daddy
And still dances for Him.
Hes gotten older too
Experienced how cruel the world can be
But he still has his faith
He still runs home to his Daddy
And rests in His arms.
The Father still has the same love
Looking down with the same beautiful eyes of love
Smiling down on them with compassion and grace
They still bring Him joy and delight
A beautiful treasure they are
And He says Hell never let them go
Never give up on them.
Everyone says theyre still young
Wait until they break Your heart
Experience the world
Surely theyll turn away from You
And You will no longer love them.
Shes almost 20
Her earthly dad has passed away
Her parents divorced
Shes felt the pain of rejection
The endless tears in the dark night
The shame from her sin that eats her alive
Shes got nowhere to run
Nowhere to turn
Her light is slowly fading.
But she still loves her Jesus
Shes clinging on to Him more than ever
She hasnt lost her faith
She has found a new love in her Dad
Memories from everywhere shes been
But shes been given new life
The old life has passed away
Knowing her Father has forgiven her and set her free.
Seems like just yesterday
He was 13
But his love for his Savior
Has only gotten stronger
Hes known shame
Hes known pain
But the love of his Jesus
Washes it all away.
Theres times they both felt like giving up
Where the dark night seemed endless
But His beautiful light broke through
Now theyre alive and theyre free
Worshiping the God of redemption
Always and forever.
