9/26/2010 Day 1 of Diet
I Ate:
Breakfast:Home made cheese quesadilla
Lunch:A salad and a hot dog
Dinner:A small piece of prim rib steak

I Drank:
Today I drank 3 bottles of water 2 Yoo-Hoos/fat free and 1 CapriSun.

I Did:
Today I did some cleaning around the house mostly picking up puppy poop I also got ready and went to a nephews birthday party.

I Felt:I didn't feel very good most of the day. I had a stomach ache and a head ache. I hope I feel better tomorrow.

I am Happy about:
I'm happy that today I resisted drinking any soda and eating birthday cake at the party. I am also happy that I actually got the nerve to leave the house with my anxiety.

I Wish to Achieve Tomorrow:
I hope tomorrow I will continue with not drinking soda or eating things that are to terribly bad for me.I hope I will have the strength to at least walk around the house some instead of sitting in my bed all day. I also hope I will not give into temptation of a midnight snack tonight.I hope I will make a better choice of breakfast tomorrow.
