Clan History
Originally, the Kokushibyou was a large clan that lived along the southern borders of Hi no Kuni. (Fire country) The main summoning animal was a variation of a cat, mainly the black panther. One of the "top" panthers, Katsuya, had mastered a few jutsu himself, one of them being able to transform his body from being a simple cat into a humaniod. The clan leader at the time, Kurohana, used Katsuya as her main summoning animal and eventually, feelings got stronger between the two. Though beastiality wasn't praised, it wasn't completely frowned upon either and Katsuya was married into the family in his humanoid form, though he retained his cat-like qualities. Eventually with the inbreeding of siblings and relatives, the Kokushibyou family had developed certain traits, such as increased speed and eyesight, which later on became known as the Nekome, or cat eye. There are five known scrolls stored in various hidden places throughout Konoha that give detailed descriptions on how to unlock the Nekome, its various forms and how to use it.

Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all.

Effect: The user forms a long string of hand-seals, whilst gathering Raiton chakra into their hands, which after the string of hand-seals, the user will fire the chakra in the hands into the sky as a bolt of black lightning. Storm clouds will start to form and lightning will rapidly shoot down towards the ground, but due to being artificial lightning, it is not as fast as regular lightning, making it able to be dodged. The user has control over where the lightning will be fired at, but they have no control over it after that, and each bolt of lightning fired costs an amount of chakra equivalent to an E-ranked technique. The existance of the storm cloud is maintained for about 5 minutes (5 posts)

Description: This is the pinnacle of the single-target ranged lightning jutsu. The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before, and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned after the jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user.

Description: A jutsu that creates an illusionary clone of the user, in numbers of one or more. The clone disappears after being struck with an attack, and can deal no damage. This jutsu is one of the basics, and required to pass the shinobi academy.

Descripiton: A genjutsu technique where the ninja places their hand on their target's shoulder and forces them into a deep slumber. A useful technique when subterfuge is involved with a mission, but utterly useless in combat.

Description: This is an area effect that once the victim(s) have entered the area, for four posts they start to think that there are things watching them. The area effect makes it looks like there are shinobi in the trees or hiding. When seen through the corner of the eye they are there, yet upon moving the head to pinpoint the spies they seem to vanish. The technique stays even in a combat situation, and can be lethally distracting for the enemy.

Effect: The user forms a string of hand-seals and then channels their Raiton chakra into a bladed weapon, giving it a visible electrical charge, causing electricity to cackle around the blade of the weapon, which in turn gives it a magnetic field, due to electromagnetism. The electrically-charged blade can be used to fight with and will numb the entire body of the opponent on contact for a duration of a few minutes [2 posts].
