Physical Description:
Her hair is long and silky. It's color is raven black and reached down to the backs of her knees. She has an array of bangs covering her forhead with a pair of shortened lengths hanging over each of her shoulders. Her eyes are bright ice, crystalline would be the correct adjective. Her skin is a fair pale. Scars are scattered in various areas of her body, signalling signs of abuse. This is not the case. Her fingers are slender and all 20 of her nails are well kept. Upon her cheeks and lips is a natural rosy color, giving the impression that she wears make-up. She does not and never has in her life. Her body is a bit over average curvy for a girl her age, but developing early and coming from a curvy family initially had helped in that section of the gene pool. Size 34 C. Rib cage is small, front is almost a D.

Personality:
She is a hot tempered, sarcastic, lovable teenager. She can get distracted by some of the most random things such as shiny objects, a hot guy passing by, blood (which fascinates her) just to name a few. Her child like actions shouldn't fool you, though. She's tempered, but not to the point where she'll just lash out at you. She'll control herself until the very end and then when she lashes out, be prepared to fell stupid, guilty, or like you're a piece of utter trash. Her kindness and compassion for just about anyone is what'll get her into the most trouble. She's very, very, very affectinate towards very close friends and loves to snuggle and cuddle and hug and the like. If she's upset, she won't show it unless it's something really bad. Her feelings are closely related with a heart condition that causes her heart to hurt. How much it hurts depends on how bad she's feeling. She hates being ignored. She's smart and when she's not with other people, she's very calm, so don't let her clumsiness fool you. She's also very child like. I mean, literally like 4-5 years old. She'll reach out to you instead of saying she wants to be conforted. She'll cry when she's upset and won't tell someone what's wrong. She'll use her actions instead of words and expects you to know what to do. She's a very cute girl who is like a little sister to everyone, even those younger than her. Well, only if they don't act younger, then she's the older sister. She's very protective. It comes with the cat demon blood. Her cutsieness probably comes from the child-like mental state she is in at times. She loves to be sexy when she's by herself to boost up her extremely selfesteem, then feels bad about it after she admires herself in the mirror. She's used to being abandoned, but that doesn't mean go and do it because it still hurts her. And if you betray her? I feel sorry for when she cries. The whle neighborhood knows someone hurt her.

~Background~
She had lived with her parents and grandparents until the day the kyuubi attacked Konoha. Her parents were called off and were killed, leaving her grandparents to raise the child.
She hadn't really gone to the academy for training. All that she was taught was taught to her by her grandparents. She did go to the academy when she was 10 to receive her Konoha headband, though, and took part in the chuunin exams with her assigned squad.
Her squad was badly injured and one of the members died while the other was paralyzed from the waist down.
She is now squadless.

Clan History
Originally, the Kokushibyou was a large clan that lived along the southern borders of Hi no Kuni. (Fire country) The main summoning animal was a variation of a cat, mainly the black panther. One of the "top" panthers, Katsuya, had mastered a few jutsu himself, one of them being able to transform his body from being a simple cat into a humaniod. The clan leader at the time, Kurohana, used Katsuya as her main summoning animal and eventually, feelings got stronger between the two. Though beastiality wasn't praised, it wasn't completely frowned upon either and Katsuya was married into the family in his humanoid form, though he retained his cat-like qualities. Eventually with the inbreeding of siblings and relatives, the Kokushibyou family had developed certain traits, such as increased speed and eyesight, which later on became known as the Nekome, or cat eye. There are five known scrolls stored in various hidden places throughout Konoha that give detailed descriptions on how to unlock the Nekome, its various forms and how to use it.

Description – Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu is a skill used by medical ninja to remove harmful poisons from a patient's body. This mix can then be removed from the body. Depending on the deadliness of the poison, further treatment with an antidote or medicine may be required.

Storm clouds will start to form and lightning will rapidly shoot down towards the ground, but due to being artificial lightning, it is not as fast as regular lightning, making it able to be dodged. The user has control over where the lightning will be fired at, but they have no control over it after that, and each bolt of lightning fired costs an amount of chakra equivalent to an E-ranked technique. Effect: Creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. Girochin Doroppu
Girochin Doroppu is a Taijutsu technique utilized by Raikage. After charging his body with his lightning current, Raikage will first knock his opponent to the ground. He will then launch himself into the air, and deliver a downwards leg drop onto his vulnerable opponent.
