Khani watched as Haizen called for a taxi and waved a farewell. " Bye bye kids~! " Khani clinched his hands into a fist but forced a smile. Xion knew he was mad but saw that he'd learn to remain calm, despite his cold look. She let out a yawn and wiped her eyes. " Are you tired? " Khani's look was cold, yet compassionate. " No...I'm just... " Her vision began to blur as she lost balance. It felt as if someone had took her ability to walk. Khani quickly rushed and caught her in time. She shook her head " I'm fine... "It doesn't seem so. " Yeah, but. She looked up and squinted her eyes. " It's bright...Really bright. " Khani gave a look of bewilderment and lifted her from the ground. " You must me exhausted from the heat.... " He looked at her and found that she had fallen asleep. " ... " His eyes turned into a deep blue as his image vanished. Khani had gotten to his place and opened the door to his room. He placed Xion on the bed, tucked her in with a blanket and shut off the lights. He looked over to the window to find a note. " Another assignment... " He placed it down and went up stairs. He had the on outfit that he wore when he'd first met Xion, when got down to the room, he looked at the girl and opened the window.
