This is for some Delicious home made macaroni and cheese with extras that costs less then $5 to make!
Ingredients
1 Box pasta (I like shells)
1 cup velveeta cheese
1/2 cup milk (or water)
1 cup chive stalks or leeks (Stalks are the onions leaves)
1/2 cup diced meat (I like ham or braughtworst)
Directions
Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. While waiting for it to boil finely chop the chive stalks (or leeks) then set aside. Dice the meat into smaller pieces if desired (cuz I don't like big chunks in mine either) Also you'll want to cut the velveeta cheese into small pieces so that they melt faster. Once the water comes to a boil, slowly add the pasta, chives(leeks), and meats into the pot so not to get burned with said hot water. Stir occasionally so you don't get a giant pile of mush forming on the bottom of the pot. Once the noodles are soft drain the pot in a strainer (or anything else that drains water...) Return it all back to the pot then slowly add the cheese stiring slowly while you add it. once its all melted add the milk (or water) to make it creamy. Then voa-la! You have Rynkas' Amazing Gourmet mac and cheese!
