spaceHis eyes opened and he looked around. The beauty of light filled the sense of sight and he was enthusiastic to bare witness to this ability. Eyeballs felt cool and refreshed against the hyrdrant breeze that fulfilled the gentle young lad's experience.
spaceOnce upon a time, there was a dark and spacious land that overwhelmed the world. Life was plenty on this endless stock of land, however the eyes of those living could not bare witness in sight the endless possibilities that govern their limited existence, except for one. His name was Angra. The eyes of he who can see their own death shall always know the right path to travel.
spaceAngra was young, and he had two loving parents that cared for him in his metropolitan world. Martin Dowell was the name of his father; he was a industrial worker who mainly dealt with the mechanical maintenance of the turbines that helped power the city they lived in, the city of Del Rio. Angra's mother, Pamela Dowell, was a housewife who became unemployed after being fired from her last job as a nurse's assistant. She knew that she needed to find a job again sometime soon, however for the time being she was content with taking care of the house and her son Angra.
spaceThe Dowell family were well aquainted with the few neighbors they lived around and they helped one another just as they would help the Dowells in time of need. They were happy with what God has given them, however even to this they knew that life wasn't always going to be perfect. The Dowells had recently attended the funeral of their neighbors that once lived a few doors down from their complex, Mr. and Mrs. Adams. The couple had been in a plane crash a couple weeks ago and their bodies were finally found within the plane when the plane was extracted from the river bottom. Of course everyone that knew them knew that sometimes things happened the way they do because luck doesn't always bring the best outcomes for them.
spaceThe Adams were an older aged couple whom had no children to pass their name down to. They had been on a vacation trip to visit Mr. Adams brothers who lived on the other side of the country. The plane crash was believed to be the victim of low flying geese that flew into the turbines of the plane, shutting down the engines on both wings. The pilot flying the plane was new to the job, and with this experience, it will obviously be his last since no one survived. The copilot who had the experience was away from the cockpit using the restroom. So to a relieved captain, he is finally met with a watery grave filled with feces and urine that had traveled back up the drain as the water filled the plane.
spaceAngra asked his mother Pamela while he stood with her and his father at the burial,
"Mother, where did Mr. Fred and Mrs. Dawna go?" Pamela replies, "Just as every person who dies, they go to heaven."
"What is heaven?"
"Remember what Father Jacobs told you? Heaven is where we all go when we die. We go there to be with God himself and to live with him forever."
Angra looks puzzled, "But is't God already living with me? Does that mean we're in heaven already?"
Pamela is confused by his question and says, "Angra, we're not dead yet, so we're not in heaven. God is with us when we are alive, and when we are dead. We just go to a different place when we die. Mr. and Mrs. Adams are in heaven right now, it's where God put them."
spaceAngra reads into her words and asks curiously, "So does that mean God wanted to take them to heaven?" The relatives of the Adams looked at Angra talking to his mother for they had heard his question. Mrs. Dowell looked at them with nerviousness and shunned her son for his words,
"Angra, don't say such a thing. God doesn't want us to die. We go to heaven when we die because we have to go somewhere once we are not here anymore."
spaceAngra looks up to the sky and thinks to himself. Within the mind of the child he knew that the Adams were someplace where he is not, but God is with them and him at the same time. He becomes intrinsic and the funeral proceeds accordingly.
