Wow. I haven't been on Gaia in a really long time. Its nice to be back. I should be on more often from now on. That is until school starts back up again. Spring break is nice. I like not having to get up early and have practice after school. I can't believe that Junior year is all most done and on comes Senior year, its a bit strange to take it all in. But I guess Im getting ahead of myself. I mean state testing hasn't even happened yet. When It does, then I can start to freak out about Senior year.
I liked this year. I got to meet a lot of new people. And I got to reconnect with people as well. This year has to be my favorite year. Although I did let my grades slip just a little. Which Im not too proud of. But with Marching Band I didn't really have time for much. I was getting use to balancing everything. Next year I'll have a better Idea of how to manage. Im excited for next year. I wish I had known about Marching Band Freshman year. It would have been so much better. I would have been better off probably. But there is nothing I can do to change that now. Its the past and this is the now.
I think my favorite part about this year is Brian. Not because he's my boyfriend. But because he is my best friend. Oh what the heck, and because he is my boyfriend too. I never knew how much you could care for one person. Or how much you can think about someone. Or miss them. I never knew. Brian showed me that. But you know, Im not going to sit here and talk about how wonderful and great he makes me feel because I already know. And besides, I don't want to mess anything up. I want to keep it the way it is.
Oh hey, and remember that smile that I lost a long time ago? Well, I found it. It turns out that Brian had it the whole time. He saw it when I didn't.
