Okay So last you all knew i was 230 lbs. i am now 216.8 lbs. not what i wanted to be but not to bad considering when i started thinking about loseing some weight i was at 247 lbs... and that was bad...soo at this point i think i have lost 13.2lbs sense the last up date and a grand total of 30.2 lbs sence my highes weight gain. not so bad for a civilan on her own is it?
