read it, i need advice How do you help a friend that doesn't want help? She's refusing all my help and won't let me tell anyone. I keep pouring my heart out to her and all she does is refuse it. She need it badly, she's cutting herself and it's hurting me more than she knows it. I used to do it, but she has no real reason to do it. She started because she wanted to know what it felt like. I asked her where she even thought that from, she said she got it from me. I never told her I used to until today, and she's been doing it these past few monts. If you have any advice I need it, before she starts thinking of what's associated with it.

	right now theres really nothin u can do and im suggestin this but this is wat i would do and this is just me i would walk up to her take her aside and yell at her tell her wat it was lik when u went through it and how it hurt ur friends more then it hurt urself (aka me and def) tell her tht u dont believe tht she got the idea from u and ur really disappointed with her tell her tht u realize now how rong u had been for doin it in the first place and how u dont want her to have to go throught the same thing u did tell her u luv her and u care for her but u dont kno how to help anymore cuz shes really hurtin u ..... thts just wat i would do ask def he might kno better then me

	tell her its killing u eerytime she does it, like jake did for u and u know other things i hate to see when ur in pain, but its better than seeing u with nothing hope u get through this
