I toss and turn,
Turn on the light.
I just cant sleep tonight.

I sit up and think,
What do Iwant to know?
Life is crazy,
Definately not sweet.

The room feels empty,
Theres a man in my dreams.
I got scratched and now Im hurting.

What is to know?
All that,
And much more.
I dont know,
I simply dont.

I stand go to the bathroom.
I listen to the outside sounds.
Crickets chirping,
Owls howling.
Nothing sounds different.

I leave and go under the covers,
This time I welcome the nightmare.

What I want to know...,
Is how it ends...

So I welcome the nightmare.
Welcome the pain.
I wake up,
Not knowing.

I yawn and get up,
Theres just nothing to know.
