Or that's what I'm calling it now. There's a list of reasons I want to get healthy and lose weight. I should list them out. But that'd be another entry.
So at 6:30 am I was at the grocery. My goal is to eat more vegies. That'll be the first thing to improve since I see that as my biggest problem. Got this V-8 juice that is a serving of vegies in one glass. I'm hoping to trick myself into liking it. I've got some raw vegies too. I'm also trying to slowly decrease my carb intake and boost my protein intake. As I'm discovering, I like beans. Beans in soups, beans as side dishes. My newest discovery is butter beans. Turns out they're basically lima beans. I should try those again.
If anyone knows any good ways to cook or prepare vegies to make them taste less like a vegie but remain healthy, let me know. I need all the advice I can get.
