What should I do? Ok so my teacher is my medical class is extremely hard to please. I have literally seen grown men next to tears after an evaulation session with her. Anyway i finally hit my groove and I am working hard and getting all the work done. The problem is her! One eval she says I'm mediocre and I need to try. She critized the hell outta me. But the next eval she said I was really working hard and doing great. She flat out said to me that my skills were coming along and I was OR material. I was on cloud 9 for 5 days!
And now today's eval!! She said I am mediocre and she feels like I don't know the material. She said my back table wasn't great, when it was pretty much the same back table she said was good the last time! Every other eval she praises me, making me so damn happy like I'm really accomplishing my dream! And the other evals she says is so many words that I suck!! Each time I get compliimented I get so happy that it makes the next bad eval even more upsetting. Its like a nasty cycle. I feel like a ******** loser. Am I really unbalanced in my skills or what? Help!
