Chapter 1
It was snowing, the white snowflakes of small detailed lace. It danced as it fell to the ground. Beautiful, I stared out of the window of my room, wondering why such the smallest things had such wonderful beauty to it. I imagined a small old lady sewing small doilies, and throwing them down the sky, as if a gift to mother earth.
No, it wasn't. Because nothing could make mother earth better. Not anymore anyways.
I went away from the window, walked downstairs to the dining room, and observed that no one was here.
Sigh. No one was ever home.
As I passed into the living room, I stopped, to look at myself in the giant mirror. I looked dead.
I looked at my long black hair that flowed down my back and stopped at my hips. I also stared at my bright blue eyes, although, they were supposed to be blood red. I put on special contacts that changed my eye color.
I was wearing a long-sleeved, brown shirt, and blue jeans.
I looked at my black, rectangular, glasses. Also a disguise.
I turned around and started walking again, to the living room, arriving, and plopping on the couch.
"I take it that you are just going to say no?" A voice asked from behind.
"Yup. Which in turn, you seriously wasted your time just to hear me say no, so it's best you leave." I answered back.
I got off of the couch to find that it was just Demyx.
The Melodious Nocturne.
He seemed pale, which he never was, which meant that this was bad. He always had something to say, but didn't say anything, you could only hear him breathe, a slight sigh.
"You don't look too good--"
"I can't take no for an answer this time."
"What?"
"Lord Xemnas said that i had to come back with you, this time. He said it's about time you come home." Demyx said, his eyes shining with fear.
"Oh. Well sorry, pal. But i need to stay here." I said with a little worry.
There was an awkward silence, but suddenly a swelling suspense. This was when i knew he was going to get me.
I jerked and jumped past him, landing in a dodge roll, behind him. He tried grabbing me, but i was too fast.
I stuck on my brown fur boots, and jacket, and ran for the front door.
unfortunately, I wasn't fast enough that time, and he caught my shoulder, and threw me backward.
I landed on the floor with a thud, and looked up at Demyx, who looked like he really didn't want to do this.
"You know how this is going to end..." Demyx said in a melancholy tone.
"So do you, but i think you're thinking something else." I said, tripping him, and getting up, and ran to the front yard, but was stopped when i realized he was already outside.
"Please, just stop. It's no use."
"I can't let you take me. I have a life, you know." I said.
"I may be a vampire, but that doesn't mean i don't have a life." I added.
I took out my Keyblade, and took a stance.
"Your keyblade won't work here." Demyx said still depressed.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean, that you lost."
"I wh--"
I was suddenly hit in the back of the head. I fell to the ground, and looked up to find that Axel was standing there, which meant that he was the one who probably hit me in the head. Ow.
"Really now?" I asked.
Axel nodded quietly.
"Yup, welcome back, too bad we have to make you."
I chuckled.
They both looked a little surprised.
"Why are you laughing?"
"Do you really think you can beat me, so easily?" I asked.
Both of them were quiet.
I got up, and pointed my keyblade at Demyx who was on my left.
"You. You are too weak, and you,"
I pointed my keyblade to Axel, on my right.
"You have too many weaknesses." I said.
"Is that right?" Axel asked.
"Sure." I replied.
"Then try and get past this!"
Axel took out his Chakrams, and attacked.
I blocked, and threw him back, and just to be humorous, i threw snow at his face.
"How was that for ya?" I asked in a jerk-y tone.
"Now let's have at it." I said, the suspense growing.
