everyday someone starts a war,
everyday some thought to think they will never make it this far.
Fighting to learn and walk,
fighting for bragging rights to talk.
keeping your guard up is just as tough to do,
when they surround you.
It's hard to breathe air,
when they're pulling you're hair.
But the war isn't over yet,
not until they can finish off the rest.
It takes forever to put you out,
when you scream and shout.
As you fall to your knees,
your heart starts ache and bleed.
As you close your eyes for one last time,
you say the four words that come to your mind.
The war is over,
the war is over.
