You vs. My Green Shirt Could you think of something green? That keeps your mind at bay, And your soul intact? Cos i'm dying for you sarcastic comments, something puffed from cigarettes. Sweating in the snow, Licking the acid away from the sky. No your not holding the green sky from me. I hope your shampoo can wash the mistakes in your head. We all see it from here, Because your it. My blue life is something of a bore, Cos your always green. Living like life's trapped in time. You take your friend to a movie, And notice the best nights you know are the one's you don't have. Wearing that shirt again? Oh you look so green dear. No, your feeling fine, But I see your sick of all these other shades and hues. Green is you, You are green. And that shirt says it all. mrgreen
