My new favorite word of the year is:
Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovalcanoconiosis.
It is a version of black lung based on fine silica dust, and the whole 45 letters of it could actually be summarized into the word Silicosis. It's just more fun to say the extended version. ^^
