Want some advice on sleeping?
Try getting active during the day to tire yourself out. It can be as little as a walk around the neighborhood, or if you're athletic, run a few miles. Anything helps, really.
Make sure to not use the computer 1 hour before going to bed. Studies have shown that using visual interfaces (i.e. video games, tv) stimulate your brain and cause a lot of subconscious mental activity. Staying away from electronics will give your mind some time to shut down.
Drink warm milk 1/2 hour before you go to bed. It causes your brain to release a chemical that makes you sleepy. biggrin
Finally, if none of these work, turn on a fan and listen to the rhythmic 'swah-swah' of the blades. It'll zone you out, believe me ^^
