I walked out of the library, waving goodbye to Mrs. Larman on the way out. I looked around, Luke and Maria were out of sight. I don't know how they can get away so fast.

The school is utterly quiet after school. Sometimes it gives me the chills. I decided I was going to look for the Doctor. Teachers have to stay after school to get ready for the next day, even nameless, cute, mysterious substitutes. I thought the classroom was the best place to look.

I walked slowly quickening my pace. I had so much unanswered questions I had to ask this "Doctor." Why will he not tell us his name? It's not like it would kill us or anything. I walked towards the second hallway to the right of the gym and stopped at the science door. It was locked. Could he have left already? I walked around the corner towards the teachers lounge. He was probably there.
"Ahh!" I squeeled. I had ran into the journalist Ms. Smith. She was walking so fast we bumped into each other.
"Come this way! Now!" she exclaimed. She took my arm and started running, dragging me behind.
"Whats going on?!" I urgently asked her. I was nearly tripping over my own feet she was running so fast.
"No time to explain! Come on!"
I looked behind us and I saw a shadow moving to the speed of light it seemed like.

We kept on running until we got to the baseball field and hid behind the backstop,"What is goin...?" Ms. Smith put her hand on my mouth. My heart was beating so fast, I was surprised she didn't hear it. I peeked in a crack in the backstop. It was the first time I had seen my first alien...in the flesh. It was the most ugly, green, discusting smelling thing I had ever seen, that was back then though. Just wait until future entries. Anyway...

The "thing" walked on not knowing our presence. We waited there until it was gone. She gently took her hand off my mouth. I looked in the area the thing was at in awe,"What...was...that?" I asked shocked.
"No time to explain," she answered,"Now if I were you I'd go home." I stood up angrily,"You know, how can you expect me to go home after I just saw that thing, a big blue box thing appeared out of no where, and there are suddenly a lot of people with that accent of yours around here and one of them is some weird, good looking British sub, and you just expect me to go HOME? I don't think so, now tell me what is going on?"

She stood up,"Wait..." she began,"He's here?"
"Who?"
"Mr. Smith."
"Who?" Who the heck is him? Ms. Smith had the look of pure hope on her face.
"That good looking man you were talking about!" she said.
"Oh!" Mr. Smith? Is that his name? "No, he said he was the Doctor."
Ms. Smith put her hand on my shoulder, smiling she began talking,"Explain everything!"

I began explaining when her phone in her pocket beeped. She rapidly took it out and flipped it open,"Luke?! Where are you?"
I could hear his voice on the other line. I looked the other way. Something was moving in the distance, something fast and...GREEN! Coming after us!!!! "Ms. Smith!!!!! " I yelled. She glanced up in shock,"Luke, I got to go, meet at the cafeteria!" She flipped her phone closed and we started running again.

I don't think I had ever ran this fast in my life. We ran around the buildings and over curbs, nearly tripping over them. That thing was gaining on us. I honestly thought that would be the death of me. Suddenly we ran into a dark skinned boy, looked like to be around my age,"Duck!" he yelled as he held up a spray bottle. Ms. Smith pulled me down as the boy sprayed the bottle at the thing. It screamed in agony and I saw it was burning it. It ran away, still screaming.

Ms. Smith helped me up and walked towards the boy,"What would I do without you kids?" she asked half laughing. The boy smiled but turned serious again,"Luke and Maria are in the cafeteria, you gave us a scare on that last phone call Sarah Jane."
She sighed,"We ran into a Sletheen, as you know, and I ran into her...whats your name?"
"Cerridwen," I answered still totally confused.
"Awesome name," the boy held out his hand,"I'm Clyde,"
I shook his hand then dropped it immediantly,"Now," I began,"Now will you tell me what the HECK is going on here?!!?" Sarah Janes phone beeped again. I rolled my eyes,"You have GOT to be joking!"
She opened her phone again and answered it. She slowly got a smile on her face and it seemed like she was in tears. After a few minuets she finally closed the phone still smiling,"Lets go! They found him!"
