The rain slowed to a drizzle outside of Yoshuri Sushi. The sun peeked out of the dark clouds, and flicked off and on as the storm clouds passed it. Shops emptied, ummbrellas were dropped, and Yoshuri Sushi was cleared from all who wished to dodge the storm.
The only one who stayed was the one who owned the shope. Her hair was as red as fire, her delicate purple eyes carefully watched her hands cut the fish, makeing sure not to slice herself.
"O great and mighty customer god," Sabrina said aloud, leaving her kitchen and sitting in a seat facing the door. "Let customers blow in here like there is no tomarrow!" she closed her eyes, hopping Customer God-sama brought her mound of customers.
Sabrina opened her eyes, but as expected, nothing changed. Sabrina laughed and got up to open a few windows. She inhaled, smelling the fresh air, the smell of spring rain not yet leaving Armonie. The birds flew twittering, and people walked quickly to there destination.
Ring-ding
The bell on top of the enterence went off, and the red head looked at her customer. She had expected it to be someone else, but instead, it was Rita, in her black wolf form.
"Hello Rita," Sabrina said, scratching lightly behind her ears. Rita smiled. "How are you today? Didja get any one at your place?"
Rita nodded and began to shimmer. She stood on her hid legs, and first began to grow to five foot, seven inch hight. Her legs changed from silky black fur to baggy jeans. The Dog squared her sholders, which turned into bare copper-skined arms. Finally, she was fully changed.
"I got a hell of alot. They all love my art," Rita said sitting down, staring at Bree.
Sabrina smiled and moved from the opend window to the chair next to her friend. Rita Kishi was a shape shifter, like herself. She was also mutant. Part Human, part cat. Her black ears were hidden by a purplae cap. It didn't stick out too much, for her hair was purple too. Rita's skin was a dark copper color, and very soft. Overall, she was very attractive.
"Me too! You wouldn't belive the ammount of people who came in to get out of the rain!" Brina said, laughing sarcasticly.
Rita was staring into space, looking over her sholder, and...nodding?
Bree was about to turn around to see Rita's main focus, but she was grabbed from behind.
Sabrina struggled, for she was grabbed from the throat and pulled up.
"Guess who?" an all to fimiliar voice came.
"Can't-breath-yuki-!" Bree gasped.
Yuki dropped her at once. He looked down making sure there were no signs of injury or fainting before speaking.
"I'm sorry. I ment you no harm," he appologized.
Brina looked up at Yuki's five-seven height. His hair looked pretty in the light, gleaming like crystals. His eyes were bluer too. He looked very sorry, and sort of shocked.
"Your fine. It was unitntended," Sabrina said casualy waving a hand.
Rita got up and walked over to Yuki. Both the same height, Rita spoke into Yuki's pale face.
"Never choke her again, Neko. I'll transform into something much worse than a wolf, and I can assure you you wont live to-"
Yuki cut her off. "It was unintentional, Rita! I appologized, and she forgave me."
Raita rolled her yellow eyes. "Look, Yuki Neko. Don't do it again."
Sabrina stepped it. "Rita it's cool. Besides, you need to get what ever customers are drifting in. I hear there all very restless."
Rita turned and laughed. "Thank you, Bree. I'll see you at home, alright?" Rita smiled and walked out.
Bree turned to her friend. She tried to read his mind, but shivered as she remembered for the billionth time, his mind was shieled my wizard powers. you were born with them. at least she had assumed.
Yuki misunderstood the shiver, as a shiver from being suprised only a moment before. He moved next to her, hugging her with one arm.
"I am truly sorry. I didn't mean to choke you. That must have scared you too death!"
Bree smiled and moved away, in order to break the immortal contact. She laughed at Yuki's puzzled expression. "You're alright. I'm just a bit..chilly. Why are you here anyway?" Bree asked, walking around and shutting the open windows.
Yuki smiled now,. "There's something I want you to see. It's at the dock."
Bree was about to ask, but Yuki had already grabbed her hand and dragged her out of the shop. He turned the OPEN sign to CLOSED, and began walking exidedly toward the dock.
