If I wished on a star
Would it realy matter?
The light couldn't fix my broken heart,
It already splattered.

If that that first seen spark of light
Could really grant my dreams?
Would it brighten just a little?
From a dim light to a beam?

The itty bitty spark of light
This is the only one.
The only thing to wish on,
Even if it's hope is done.

If i wished in a star,
And I if really wish hard,
I'd see the picture of my friends
My single highest card.
