Went off to less-safe parts of town to attend a powwow, it turned out to be rather fun. My brother was really bored until my friend showed up, and then he started having fun finally, so I'm glad I didn't drag him to a sour event again. I didn't do any dancing again, so that was kinda lame, but my brother did bring in the U.S. flag, so that was pretty cool. I'm unsure whether to post it on youtube yet, because they screwed up his active status by calling him active duty as opposed to reserve.
The fry bread was good, but we waited until night fall to get any, because we didn't want to be hungry on the way home. So we enjoyed that, but as soon as we bought them, they made an announcement that everything was half-priced until they sold out, because the night was almost over. RATS! If only we'd waited five more minutes... I suppose it's good that we payed the full price, because that money went to the cause.
There were the typical raffles going on too, one almost got me to enter, and that's because there was a ridiculously huge stuffed polar bear for VDay. For some reason,I felt like I had to have it. O.o Even though the only real use for something that size is to use the carpool lane... Which I guess they don't have in Kansas or Missouri, so it would have been plenty useless actually. ^^; Anyway, I didn't go for it. So now I don't have anything to practice Judo with. sad
Oooh, maybe I should get a heavy judo dummy... That's something to think about.
A lady took my picture to put me on the internet. Sadly, I couldn't avoid them this time, so I had to grit and bear it. Hope I took a decent photo though, I was kinda not dressed for photos if you know what I mean. >.<;;;

Reluctant Protagonists
We walk on two legs, not on four. To walk on four legs breaks the law. What happens when we break the law? What happens when the rules aren't fair? We all know where we go from there; back to the house of pain...
